1. Very informative video. Please compare construction qualities of the 3 projects. I have compared sobha & krusimi w.r.t. mivan construction and density of steel bars used i,e mass of steel per unit volume of concrete. Tell something about HT cables nearby Krusumi. Also compare the floor plans of the three projects. I think Elan has wasted too much space by giving very big sized balconies.
2. Can I connect with you regarding purchase of these properties. Are the rates are final or further discounts are possible?
3. I believe Elan project has already got RERA. Is it now in pre-launched stage or already launched?
4. Please compare about pros & cons of the three locations i,e sec 106, 108 & 36A.

Behind 106 sector, 105 sector there is large part of land dipped in sewage water. And a very foul smell comes from there spreads in 106 sector as well. Can u please share the insight on this problem.
Krisumi will see the most appreciation because of construction quality, location and close proximity to global city.

You're right. Krisumi is a unique project. There is nothing like it in the whole of Gurugram. Sumitomo Corp. is a conglomerate bigger than DLF. And with the Global City coming up in the adjoining sector in 36B, the price of Krisumi products can see appreciation of levels unknown so far. It was the lack of road connectivity which was preventing sectors 36a and 36b from taking off, but now with the completion of CPR, the cloverleaf and Dwarka Expressway, that linkage problem is being solved. So there is huge potential for Krisumi and the surrounding sectors.
