For setting a timer, just long press the power button to enable Siri and just say, for ex. 25 mins and it sets the timer. No need to explicitly mention to set the timer just the duration.

I guess the first trick is way more practically implemented on my android device where I can not only share but use Google lens instantly on the scrnshot, edit it, delete it easily with the options provided along side it.
Sending screenshot is a feature in apple.
