This seems fun. Think mine from top to bottom would be; Taj Mahal, BMB, Holly's, Mike's Place, Stobys, Bob's Grill, Oriental Kitchen, Andys, CakedUp, and the JC special at Los 3 Potrillos single handedly carrying that place. Sam's club gets a special mention how they make you feel like a winner for a dirt cheap meal after you just dropped $300 on groceries and Bear Den $5 pizza carrying us through college a decade ago (haven't been back since the Kitchen Nightmare's episode came here).
Time for Central AR lore! This time on donuts! The reason the donut shops around here all have the same menu is they used to all be under one franchise (Shipley's Donuts). Most of them are owned by 1st gen immigrants to the US and they pool together to lower costs for all of them. A few years back the company that oversees all the franchises for Shipley's in AR got bought out by a private quity firm and jacked up the fees overnight (15k initial fee to 40k, 3% of sales to 5%, plus a 3% advertising minimum spend) . So the owners pretty much all collectively decided to dump the franchise to save a buck and have since branched out to various (generic) names.
Idk if you’ve eaten there yet, But I saw in a different video that you like Cajun food and so I’d highly recommend Mike’s Place, for a specific order the Blackened Chicken Alfredo is delicious, and a small thing but they my favorite ranch dressing for their salads of any place here in Conway that I’ve tried
Taj Mahal deserves the top spot. Have you been to Xen Thai & Ramen? Go! And get tempura Brussels sprouts (be sure to dip them in the sauce that comes with them), Tiger Rolls and Drunken Noodles. Their ramen (bbq pork is my favorite) and fried rice are also very good, but the drunken noodles currently has a chokehold on me.
The donuts here suck man....they overloaded with that sugar coating killing any flavor. I gave up on that a long time ago. As for BMB the moment he starts making chicago style pizza he will put the rest of the pizza joints out of bussiness.
Great list. For Whole Hog sides, I'm 95% sure its all Sysco bucket food.

Do you have a website or listing of all the places reviewed and what video they were reviewed in?

I didn't know that and that is interesting. Thank you.

I've reviewed them before and gave them high marks, but I carry a bias from having worked at a Thai restaurant for years. Got burnt out on the food.
Mike's Place pot roast on Sundays (only)
Ready to go to taj now
