I love the way Tenma's eyes contract when she realises. She's so astonishingly quick at switching expressions
Just a minor note, when it comes to rigging its very common for riggers to rig the eye open params from 0 to 1.5 where 1 is resting face, and 0 is eyes closed. 1.5 is used to allow tracking to handle when the talents eyes widen past their resting state, allowing the rigger to do things like automatically contract the pupils and widen the eyes when tracking detects that the actual person's eyes have widened.
tl;dr she probably didnt switch expressions, that was done via tracking.
