Good thing it broke shortly after you bought it and you were able to return it back to Home Depot. I heard from different people Ryobi's customer service is not easy to deal with. Great video. Thank you for the transparency.
Hi🙂 yes, we were very fortunate to have Home Depot to deal with instead of Ryobi’s customer service. I’m glad that you read the disclosure at the top of the description, we didn’t want anyone to get the impression that we kept it.
Honestly, we are going to upgrade to the Ryobi (I think it’s 54inch) because that’s what Andrew wants to try. So we’ll see. Fingers crossed it was just a fluke.
Thanks for a well done review! Wish I had read it earlier. My Ryobi RM300e, the 30" 50AH version, just went in for warranty repairs after 8 months. We'll see how local warranty service works in RVA, the repair agent is a small mom and pop business, so it could go either way.
@@jameslinton2470 It went pretty well. Only two authorized outlets in RVA, one near Hanover Air Park, the other near Studley. Hanover Air guy had no idea when he might be able to take it in, much less turn it around. Atkinson Power Products on Atlee Road said 2-3 weeks depending on parts, and got it done in 2. Real mom and pop place with stuff everywhere, but customer service was professional. I'm worried that it needed two motor controllers in the first year--parts alone out of warranty would have been $500.

Wrong mower for the property. I see you guys figured it out eventually. Mine works great for 1/2 acre.
Got one coming next week!
That’s wonderful!
A beautiful lady giving a review is worth watching. Eaglegards... P.S. NEW SUBSCRIBER HERE.
Power woman.
3 months revue,ONLY TROUBLE
Thank you for representing women lawnmowing reviewers because that's what we really care about.
Just doing my part 🙂
Very cool!
Thank you 😊
That sucks to hear. Think the Craftman or Cub Cadet electric would be better?

@@FamiLeeLiving Ahhh the zero turn.
How many acres can it mow on one charge? Thanks for the video!
About two acres. We have gotten a little over two acres off of a single charge 😊
I'm sure the mower has its uses, and appreciate the review... but it's shocking y'all use such a small mower for such a large property!

I live in the RVA as well and am having a hard time deciding if I want to pick one up or not. How was your experience with the warranty repairs?

@@mudgen001 That definitely is a little concerning. I appreciate your response and feedback.
