I have the vivobook OLED. If you watch video contents (movie, streams, youtube videos, etc.) , this is amazing. The oled display is fantastic.

@@setiadjihw It's average, but the back of the laptop is on aluminium. I'd say 7/10 material quality and prezentation.

What about the battery life?
The speaker out put is way too low...even tweaked to 100 percent.Thinking of returning mine after a week of trying to find a solution...
Both looks good, but the Vivobook certainly looks more sleek. Nice comparison between btoh & a good take for those looking for a premium mainstream laptop. 💥💥💥
I found that HP model with a Ryzen core at my local Walmart; will definitely be buying it.

I'm gonna buy the: Vivobook Pro 15 (M6500, AMD Ryzen 5000 series). There are different types of Vivobook Pro 15 OLED based on the CPU. I'm buyng this one because is the ceapest. So, do you think that ths 5000 series is strong enough for video editing and gaming?
5000 is decent enough for those so don't worry
Other than the screen I don't understand why these cost that much without dedicated gfx cards

It should be decent if your vlogs don’t have many VFX or layers, I recommend using CapCut, it works wonderful on this machine

If you are concerned about burn in then don't get an OLED. Though 2 years is too short I'd say 4 or 5 years before you get noticeable burn in

Threre seems to be a lot of version of the Vivobook with the same name. Mine is Ryzen 9 and 32GB ram.

For architecture (autocad, revet; etc.) I would focus on these four things:
* Core i7
* Windows 11
* 512gb ssd at least
* 16gb Ram at least
Also the quality of certain companies changes due to country laws so double check the specs and try to watch reviews from more local UA-camrs. One last thing, never get a macbook, terrible for architecture.
