  • @davidghost3828

    How would you recommend securing the front deraileur wire (Dura-ace Di2) to the rear of the F12 seat tube to keep it away from the rear tyre. Since the wire pops out of the rear side of the seat tube just in front of the rear tyre it seems perilously close to the tyre. I find it a fraction of a millimeter away from the tyre after a ride. It must come in contact occasionally during a ride when going over bumps.

    Well I have SRAM and a pocket full of batteries, I bought a trailer for my bike to carry the batteries.
    The trailer gives me a great work out.. I really like SRAM keeps me in great shape well have to admit carry donuts with batteries.
    I really enjoy changing batteries, I have gained a few pounds changing batteries but currently added portable expresso and now I am losing weight.

      @stuartdryer1352 5 років тому +3

      Di2 is definitely more work for the mechanic to install but a big advantage for the owner is only one battery to keep charged (because of the wires). Instead of four. And no possibility of a syncing issue.

    • @rein2523
      @rein2523 5 років тому +1

      I have Di2 on my road bike and eTap on TT and must say I prefer Di2. It might take just a bit more time to install, but I let the shop do that stuff for me. I can still feel a delay with eTap. Di2 shifts feel so much better and rewarding than eTap, I don’t know what it is. Also Di2 battery is brilliant, even with wireless unit.
