Please tell me you fill up on veggies too.... When I diet... I never want to feel like I'm going without so like I'll make Greek salad tomatoes onions cucumber feta and it's so good it doesn't make me feel like I'm going without and I still eat other things included with the meal ..I just tried to switch the portions around ...instead of the deep fried goodness being the main part of the dish... I try to make it the side dish and try to keep veggies and protein as the bulk.... Mayo is just oil... Emulsified... it's not that weird... remind people that lol 😆 as always you're perfect ..good job ..keep it up 🤩👍🏼🙏🏻🤍✨ and yes please do videos in another language if you possess that talent 😉 widens your audience, likeability and relatability 💪🏼❤️

How’s the texture compared to Dan Dan noodles? The Immi noodles look kinda narrow and fine, but if they’re nice and chewy that would be great
They’re def different but super chewy! Have a great bite to them, I personally enjoy

One more thing you can do with Ramen noodles. Start with 1 whole crushed garlic clove. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Press about 5 to 6 whole lemons 🍋 into the bowl with the crushed garlic 🧄. Let sit together for about 15 minutes for the flavors to intertwine and come together, then add about 1/4 cup or less of 1st Cold press olive 🫒 oil to the the mixture stir and let sit on your counter top for another 15 minutes to allow the oil to steal the flavor of the garlic and lemon. You can use this dressing (add to your flavor)on your Ramen while preparing your meal or as a Salad dressing or to any other kind of food you like. From my experience the Ramen noodle will have an unforgettable flavored taste . I have been doing it in my kitchen for years and my whole family loved it and adopted it.

i throw a can of tuna in ramen and it actually makes a pretty good meal with 6-700 calories that keeps me sated for about 5 hours. only issue is the sodium is crazy in ramen so you really shouldn't have it every day or you'll run into blood pressure, and hypernatremia problems. maybe you can use half the packet of seasoning and useless less water.

One packet has almost 900mg of sodium which is about 40% of your day’s worth all in one meal. Not sure about this being a healthy option 🧐 but it’s great marketing.
It’s actually quite low for normal instant ramen, usually it’s 1500mg.
Plus, I read almost all the sodium is in the spice packet so you can adjust. Use half of it for 450mg

Again, I think it’s a great alternative to traditional ramen but I just wouldn’t buy it for weight loss. But to each their own. This just wouldn’t work for me because I retain a lot of fluid with a high salt intake but hey everyone’s body is different.
