Stalker and Ghost are different in use. Stalker is more one positioning and help with his team thanks to his healing and range compared to Ghost. Because he doesn't really cope with dealing damage that fast, hence his range
Ghost on the other hand is more of a solo swole-savior kind of thing, his speed and attack speed compared to his damage can take out tanks in seconds before they can look him in the eye. Though his only problem is his ammo and his healing a bit.
Overall these 2 characters are great and though may not be in the meta anymore, they are still very fun to play.
Just got that same skin for ghost after saving up my bucks for a couple of weeks. Also I love using ghost lately.

Depends on your play style. If you like to flank more and be ratty go ghost, if you like pure power and head to head fights go Angel. I personally prefer Angel

Unfortunately the developers aren't straight forward, it actually takes an invis 0.5 sec to shoot not 1 sec, which still Dont give time to react, eather don't lie and make it 1sec or don't try fooling the players and change it to 0.5 secs in character details
