3:21 somewhere in the mvc universe dr. Doom is very pleased it's no "foot dive" but still acceptable.
Probably not happy that Baby can do Hidden Missiles without needing to set up the missiles first though.

He has to have early access. I remember when Janemba / Jiren came out, he was doing moves that couldn't combo into each other at the time of release. I don't have SB2 but I'm willing to bet there's a few.

Makes sense given how dumb _GT_ was in general. Baby is arguably the lamest villain and the one with silliest name in the _DBZ_ side of the series, even compared to the villain inspired by chewing gum. Hopefully he's at least fun to play.
