Because of how the entertainment industry is set up in the Philippines, you don't really get much exposure unless you're signed as an exclusive artist under one of the 2 major TV networks. These networks then only really give airtime to their artists. Completely different to how Hollywood or even Korea works. This is why you'll see amazing Philippine acts who barely have any broadcast footprint. SB19 only got popular from being viral on Twitter for Go Up's dance practice, & still barely had solo screentime on TV even after that.
Bisaya is another language, not a dialect. A dialect is a distinct way of speaking the same language. Both Filipino/Tagalog and Bisaya are indistinguishible from one another. A Tagalog speaker cannot understand a Bisaya speaker simply because they are different languages
