Yes you can. Put the stamp on the coupon itself and cancel it with your regular signature over it at a 45 degree angle.
I just want to let you know that with the bit I know I tested it out on come expressway tolls. I send 5 out at the same time and envelope. I just checked their web site to see what happened. Well Lord and behold they were all waived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All 5! So sending off alot more now. Thank you so much. Ill be ordering your class soon. Thank you again.

That's true the Bankruptcy act and HJR-192 was a good thing to setoff all accounts and we don't have to register your private property to any state agencies and government so you shouldn't be forced into any registry
Isn't your property all registered from birth due to the orphans act and the resulting CQV estate? All property is registered. The key is how it's character is assessed. That's in Army Field manual 27-10

Do you use the 8888 or 1199A for 1099-A payments? If so how long does it take for the funds to be deposited for you? I sent out a package and it was received (as per certified tracking) on March 14th, but I still haven't received my green signature card back. I didn't know about the 8888 or 1199A at the time so I am curious how long it's taking you to receive funds for the 1099s that you're accepting. Thank you again for all of your amazing help and videos. It's great seeing fellow Vets and GA neighbors out helping everyone fight the good fight against these thieving tyrants.
If you don't use the 1199A or 8888 it can take 45-60 days.

What are the consequences when you exercise this process? Does it negatively mark your credit or does the creditor end close your account entirely?
The only consequence is that your credit card may get closed.
What if the statement doesn't come like a check( with the numbers at the bottom) ? Should I still endorse the statement and detachable portion and send in the remittance part? I've tried sending my rental office negotiable instrument ($1.00 money order) they keep it but won't apply it to the account.
Just write the information on a the statement. Doesn't matter.

Another quick question. If one send out their note, and then had to forward a demand letter when the commercial company dishonored their letter, but they however kept it(never mailing it back to you).
So know if one has never received a collection letter on a now closed account but have been receiving phone messages that state to call the commercial company back on an important message concerning the account 👉is this an indication that the account has been sent to collection without your knowledge? They probably want 2 contact you first so they won't have 2 send one out.
So should the next step be to send them a

You assume the debt is discharged. Did you put a date for them to get back to you or perform some action?

I'm trying to pay my childsupport with the coupon they sent with the statement , I wrote a letter saying wut I am attempting to do , put the definitions of coupon, statement,instrument nd bond in the letter also, endorse the back of the coupon with the beneficiary signature, put the total amount due on the front of the coupon, I also put the tender of payment rule in the letter. I'm I on the right track or should I do it another way?

Thought all private matters had to be done in the private?? I don't think you would send this private process in thru the public office payment center , because public and private don't mix , pretty sure this process has to be done with the CFO , OR CEO . PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG

They are attempting to keep you from using the UCC laws. Send it anyway. Their policies do not trump the laws.

If you discharge or "pay" your credit card bill in this manner, can you still use the same credit card? In other words, can you buy things with the same credit card over and over again and continue to pay it using this method?
Yes. This process pays the bill as if you used FRN's. So yes you can continue to use the card.
In a recent video from this channel 8 saw a comment where someone said to mention “do not close account”. Apparently some companies closed folks accounts when they discharged the credit card bill
