------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Авто та транспорт
Next time bud put the torque converter in the bell housing of the trans first, makes it way easier to lift in place. Then bolt to the flex plate. 👍👍👍
Torque converter should have been spun into the gearbox first so it engages into the oil pump then gearbox and converts to engine hopes you haven’t damaged oil pump 🤞🤞🤞
Torque Converter must be installed in the transmission first before installing the trans to engine. It must be redone or major transmission failure will happen.
This! I hope he sees this in time.
That rear frame is now badly welded scrap. Well done.
What i love about you, is the never-ending willingness to give everything a go!! Well done!
I'm not familiar with that powertrain. But every Chrysler family of transmission and transaxles I've ever done, you must install the torque converter onto the transmission/transaxle and then proceed to seat the torque converter snout ears into the front pump. Usually requires inward pressure while at the same time rotating the torque converter. Usually would feel and hear a clicks/clunk sound as you seat it. Depending on the trans. could be one or more click/clunks you will hear and feel. Otherwise, you risk damaging and most likely the front fluid pump internals. But I'm no expert on this manufacturers powertrain.
Excellent work on that frame rail sir, for someone who just started working with aluminium, you absolutely killed it! Can’t wait to see it all done 😊
Blind? Surely?
@@foreteangames4554 if I where you I would focus on getting into shape and running your money up, not hating on people who are out here doing something.
Your Local Parts Store Must Love You. Keep Up the Great Builds.
CJ, you should always put the torque converter on the transmission first and then offer up the completed unit to the motor, the torque converter needs to be spun on to make sure it's engaged properly.
Awesome to see you learning new stuff. Gonna have to remove that transmission again and probably put a pump in it.
Might not be a bad idea to cut a bit of that remaining aluminum and practice welding it, very tricky material to get right. Cut it into strips and weld them back together. Use a grinder to open up the welding area to create a small valley. Use that valley to guide your stick as you make the best dimes possible. It will help a ton to clean up the excess and allow you to make a much cleaner run. Doing great my friend, never, ever give up.
Always install the torque converter to the transmission first. Slide it into the transmission, keep spinning till you hear 3 separate clunks then mate the transmission to the engine, then torque the flex plate bolts. You WILL blow the transmission pump doing it that way. Trust me I’ve done it lol. But great video and you’ll be a pro tig welder in no time. Just keep practicing!
dude, I love this built i remember when you where looking at one at Copart. Now you have one
Looks good bro!
Polyurethane mounts will dramatically increase engine vibration because polyurethane is much stiffer than rubber.
Los ojos bien rojos y noches sin dormir la soldadura te quemó bien😵💫
Sigue así 💪💪
Grande come sempre,le saldature cosi' cosi'
Great Work dude, this toy Will be insane 😊
I am very excited for next part❤
So nice of you , i am really pleased to see this video it really is amazing god bless u CJ
The torque converter must be installed on the transmission first. Unless you get very very lucky the spines are not going to properly align doing it that way.
Great job best wishes
Cj we are back,❤
Boa tarde ruivinho vamos curtir o vídeo dessa transformação!
A grinder and paint won't make you the welder you ain't😁😁
Steve Morris racing went to one of the best welders in the world and shared his trip that included some really good tips for welding aluminum its really worth watching. Nice progress btw iam excited to see it all back together and running.
Nice work my brother love from morooco 🇲🇦
Waiting for the MV CJ... cant wait.. 😂
❤ Godspeed from South Africa🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Com trabalho duro vem os resultados 👏👏👏
Is looking great 🦾🦾😎🤩
Nice job
Great video, is there any footage of the bike meeting ?
hey buddy, there are cutting wheels for aluminium, if you use a mild steel cutting wheel they may explode on you as the cutting wheel clogs with aluminium and over heats and bang. I do enjoy your videos. Nic, Perth Western Australia. eg: FLEXOVIT 125 X 2.5MM ALUMINIUM CUT OFF DISC
Nice bro
CJ good job.
Those welds are awful, you need to junk that lot and start again! 😮 🤮 Better still, get a pro on the job! 👍
WIG welding takes a bit of practice. But you've already done well.
torque converter on the trans first and must engage the front trans pump with the torque converter.
welding seams... 🙈
😂 those aluminum welds are terrible, but at least you’re getting plenty of practice. I’m sure those skills will help in the future. Every man should learn how to weld.
I hate to say it but I've watched several of this guy's videos now and this is dunning Kruger in full effect. So many things are being done wrong and eventually this kid's going to get someone killed by failing to do something that is important for safety.
Always keep that tungsten tip as sharp as possible
A little advice; take a mechanics course, like through MMI, or some other reputable engine institution, so you have paper showing your value. Also, when you decide to get your own place, focus on your studies before jumping into a relationship. Get your stuff done before focusing on a partner, makes everything easier!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
We are back brother ❤❤
Good job . What kind of track sounds on 14:44 ?
H2🔥
Hay cj Please upload more videos in a week❤
I have a question. If you could choose any motorbike to repair, no matter year, which one would you choose?
Hey Man U may want to look this up and confirm it but you probably don’t have the torque converter Seeded in the pump of the transmission and if that’s the case your going to burn up that transmission, and it would also explain why you, Fight to get the motor and tranny bolted together. Just something to look into before you get to much farther into putting it back together man, love the videos
Ты молодец
His excitement to learn more is inspiring 😂, Love from India ❤
Hey bro... Thats not correct way to install back the torck converter. U have to wind in the gear box and then after fix the gear box then tight that with fly wheel
Cj when complete this work😊
👍

Hey CJ. Welding definitely getting better with time. AC Aluminium welding is not easy. Nice one!
Believe me, I would work for free to learn and have your knowledge.

You may damage transmission
🚙👏👍💪🤩
🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿💪💪💪
Good work on your welding transmission bk to front torque converter to bell housing then housing bolts then flex plate bolts torque too spec
❤🇵🇰
The structural integrity of all that would be woeful…. Biggest hack on YT🤦🏼♂️
nice weld cj whhh
U need a haircut bro 🤣🤣
Congratulations on becoming a welder.

Wow just wow what on earth are you playing at them welds are a absolute disgrace, it separated by hand what on earth do you think will happen in a crash, you will be directly responsible for killing somebody.
Oh dear, oh dear....... what are you thinking, take it out and start again.
Get some advice or keep clear of build's you have no idea what you are supposed to be doing..... I mean that in the kindest way. xx
What grade aluminium and filler rod did you use, are you going to anneal that work hardened aluminium.
That welding is an absolute shit show it's appalling and should not be passed for chassis work.
This is just proof of too much money and no skill or knowledge.
Your MotoLoot discount code is expired, remove it and stop wasting peoples time. Thanks, incel. Your reply is irrelevant.
Greetings! I just checked the code (CJ) with yeswelder is still active. So I just tested it out for you on their website and like mentioned it's still active. Cheers
Your code with moto loot, next time don't act like you're right immediately. Narcissistic Incel behaviour.@@CJMediaOfficial
Oh jesus wept. Top marks for "having a go", but those welds are horrible, which is absolutely not surprising for someone learning how to tig. Maybe they'll hold, maybe they won't, more likely the latter. But hey, it's not like you're welding around suspension mounting points or anything. Grab some of that big old sheet of aluminium you have, do some butt welds, some fillet welds, and some overlaps, do some multi-pass stuff, and destructively test it. You'll be surprised how poor your welding is. I know this, because it's what I've done to my welds, and it's why I wouldn't even consider doing what you're doing. Those spool gun welds on the chassis might look grunky, but they've been tested.
And then there's the unknowns.
- Is that sheet of aluminium the same grade as the chassis was made from? How would you know? Was it 7075, 6061, what? What are your filler rods, 4000 series? Do you know how all that is going to interact? Who cares, it's "aloominum", amirite?
- Have you destroyed the heat treatment state of frame by repeatedly welding the same places? I doubt you knew what state it was in before, and you certainly don't know now. Will that result in the chassis ripping around your welds in the surprising case that they actually hold?
- Is anything straight, or even close to the places it's supposed to be? You've measured nothing and "straightened" by hitting things with a hammer in mid air. You've jigged nothing.
There is no way that what you have done would pass even the most cursory inspection over here. You'd get laughed off the road.
Oh, did I say "suspension mounts"? I meant to say "suspension and engine mounts"
We are back brother ❤❤
