I’ve literally loved Jaclyn as a person for so long because of all the great things other gurus say about her and the quality of her pallet is so amazing and I can’t believe this is the first time I’m watching one of her videos and I love her THAT much more. Still can’t get over the fact that I bought the pallet before I even watched her. I think I love the pallet even more then before now😂 which is impossible because it’s honestly the best.

I love Jaclyn & everything she stands for: optimism, positivity, & self-love but I find it difficult to watch when she is using products by owners that represent everything she is not :/ there are so many underrated cosmetic companies that need love! She should continue to use her platform to show inclusivity and stop supporting brands that don't represent what she stands for.
Gabriela Cauton I get what you're saying, but at the same time a lot of her subscribers don't care about JeffreeStar or whoever else makes products that represent something she is not.... a lot of people come to see if products that they already want to buy work or not too. She's always used makeup from many different brands and she does occasionally shout out small indie brands too, she's just always stayed out of the controversy and given her subscribers what they've asked for.

I don't like seeing UA-cam people using brands just for the sake of using it. Like she enjoys full coverage so I wouldn't go to her for a review of a product that is supposed to be light to medium coverage and I wouldn't expect her to pick that product up. just like I don't think people with oily or dry skin should use super hydrating primers or super matte primers just to test them out it doesn't make sense. if Their is not a product she sees from an underrated beauty brand that catches her eye. I would hate to have her just buy something just for the sake of trying it out because then I feel the review isn't fair. if it's sent to her that's one thing. But she has always called out smaller brands that she loves. RMCA, morphe,becca, etc. Not that any of these were no names before her but.

Every time I see tons of hate on Jaclyn's channel I always think of this: she has subscribers who see her and approach her all the time confidently to show their love and appreciation for her. She's just got that kind of gumption with a following of this magnitude. So, as odds would have it, there are most definitely haters who have left her nasty comments who have ALSO seen her out in public. Difference is they don't have the gall to approach her and roast her in public with their vilifying opinions because they don't have the confines of internet anonymity to hide behind. It may make them feel emboldened to verbally abuse someone whom they can't see or feel the reaction of, but I can bet my bottom dollar they'd never, EVER find the courage to walk up her while she's out in her daily life, being a human being just like they are, and say the kinds of things they say to her on her channel. Then again, who knows what tomorrow brings. Maybe some bold-faced bitch will walk up to her and rip her a new asshole, then I'll eat my words. 'Til then, I'm gonna keep on supporting her and hoping for the day I get to meet her and tell her all the wonderful things I feel about her, and the influence she's had on my life. :)

I'm looking to purchase more morphe brushes and I was wondering if you could do a video well an updated video about the brushes you love and the brushes you think someone would need to start their brush collection. And get into depth on the different hairs and style that will help with certain looks. Also which brush hairs would apply less or more stuff like that. And a good brush cleaner. And also which morphe brush set you'd buy and the bag you had mentioned you loved! Thank you!!

Instead of leaving hate why not request a full face of affordable/drugstore products first impressions video? This is her channel therefore, she can post whatever she wants. Tati has a video with tips on how to use the Stila liquids. She recommends layering on top of shadow, using small amounts in sections since it dries fast, setting it, and then not touching it at all b/c it will give fallout. On another note- the green on your lower lash-line is STUNNING!

Most of these comments are so negative and bashing Jaclyn for using certain brands. Why judge someone for something as little as a makeup palette?? Thats so unnecessary. Makeup is makeup no matter what the name is on the packaging. By buying something from a brand, that does NOT imply that you agree with every single thing the brand owner says/ does. If the makeup is good, you can buy it! It's your money, your life. Stop judging people and making them feel terrible for something as little as a palette.

But so many of the comments are saying she's not being herself, she's acting like someone else, she's a vile person too since she used a certain eyeshadow palette, and those types of comments are in my opinion just hateful and rude. There's a fine line in just being rude and giving constructive criticism.
