Agree I used to like bioisle when it started but then some people got toxic.

He gets a lot of hate and death threats, particularly at his dog. Plus, being a fan of Anth as long as I have been, he can be a little harsh but within reason. If there are rules on the server, maybe you should follow them?

As you was explaining the "lawsuit" I thought to myself "That has no basis". Then, as you progressed through, I felt myself thinking "Go, Anth, put the dickhead in his place".
Beefadin except Anthomnia only got half the truth and actually doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He was smart with his words and not to advertise with this story because if he had actually gotten all the facts straight he’d know AMPMAN apologized multiple times over that conversation that occurred over 3 years ago and he didn’t steal any money. The community denied the funds.

I play on The Bio Isle and had no clue about the issues going on. I knew that Ampman had been off of the server and some other stuff was going on. It saddens me that someone who owns a server would do something like this. I should think that someone of that status would be willing to own their actions and not be a coward. As someone who took an entire course on law (it's been a while though, so I only know the general stuff still and a few of the more advanced things... XD), I can say for a fact this lovely AMPMAN dude is not going to have any leeway in court even if he has the best damn lawyer in the entire world. First and foremost, slander if course is use of lies or false information to make someone look bad or negatively impact their life/business/etc. which you had cleared that what you show is all and entirely factual with legitimate visual proof of such, thus not constituting as slander. It is perfectly legal to reveal someone's bad side and call them out on it when you have proof to back that. Then on the second part, considering our boy AMPMAN went ahead and has seeming told at minimal one person to "kill yourself" that would realistically be considered support of suicide, which actually is deemed a highly illegal activity in many states in the USA at least. So, should this guy be based in the US, he'd best be careful in that instance. Simply put, he'll have no legal ground and if he tries anything you'd be able to mop the floor with him in a legal case if the court didn't just laugh this dude out of the courthouse in the first place solely for attempting to make any kind of appeal.

But in this case it would be more defined as misappropriation of funds seeing as said funds were basically "shared" in that the money was pooled by the server owners altogether versus belonging solely to one person. Embezzlement is defined as the theft or misappropriation of funds placed in one's trust or belonging to one's employer, which applies partially to this example here I assume. I am not sure if his position was a legitimate form of employment and due to such cannot ascertain anything 100% without better context.

I mean, public defamation and slander can be a topic for this situation, I took a few people from my last job to court over slander and public defamation and won, i mean however I didnt do anything like AMP did, but they harassed me spread rumors and actually got me banned from a few business premises until I won the lawsuit and the store owners were court ordered to allow me back in based on the lies those people spread. and mind you, i live in a small town of not even 2000 people, which seems like a lot, but not when something like that happens.
Correct me if Im wrong about the whole slander and public defamation bit (Based on varying state and county laws you may know.)

@Milk Yeah, Thenyaw was my favorite. I mean I feel heavily attached to v3 only due to my shant being alive on there actively since Christmas Eve of 19.
She's my oldest dinosaur I have. Lol
But Thenyaw gave me the most fun memories, I knew every spot and how to get there. V3 is so big it'll take me ages to remember. To me it feels too big personally.

I still play on the bio isle and it’s kill or be killed no admins no rules. Some people are friendly and some are hostile. But most people are friendly. Most of the players who are still on are really sad that the server is dying if y’all wanna head on that would help to at least help out the server and I hope they get there funds back and the server doesn’t get shut down. Ty ❤️
Barbarian Jon I agree to some extent. There’s always gonna be bad people on the servers, unless they’re banned immediately. I am not saying that they should be banned, but it would keep the population chill if u know what I mean.
I use to play on that sever for the longest time. The admins use to be nice and friendly then they started to get weird. It got to the point where I had to just say screw it. I didn’t want to stress about it anymore while playing a friggin game. Bio has been dying for awhile.

As someone who has talked with Amp for a bit he helped me report a pedo directly to the police who i couldnt get help from any other server admins.
Hes always helped me when I was depressed and having issues. He has told me about this as well and I am happy amp was able to help you out :)

As someone who's been with the Bio Isle from the very start of when it was made, AMP showed promise for a while then things slowly started to go down hill after the first fight he had with admins who wanted to leave and start their own server because they couldn't stand AMP's ways thus he started a war against those who made their own server and drug them through the mud and all that just because he wanted to. I was one of those who was caught in the middle of it all because I was friends with those admins and I was listening to his little voice call and talking to them old admins of what he was saying and one of the mods he still had came in and told him I was "shit talking" about them all when I wasn't. Since then Bio Isle as slowly just gone down hill for me. I'm still very close friends with mods and all that and all that's happened is just unneeded stress on my part. I thank you for speaking up about this because it was really needed. I'm a non-binary transmale who's asexual but panromantic and I felt unsafe in there with his phobic tendency.

It was proven in his actions that he wastes too much time in creating patches that barely improve or progress the game much, and whenever he as beef with someone, he yells out the words "Heads will roll." He is pretty terrible. It would be best if he gave up management of the Isle over to another person, especially someone more competent.

Heres the thing Harvest Base has something to do with Primal Carnage because Harvest Base was the Place Apollo Engineering(from the Isle) stole or kept Pheonix Corp(from Primal Carnage) Dinosaurs. As far as I know harvest base was only used after Atrium C was Sabotaged by Apollo Engineering in the Isle lore Atrium C housed multiple type-H Dinos and a type-H Quetzal as well as some normal Dinos and Pterosaurs which were all released when it was sabotaged but this is just the lore that i learnt from meatylocks lore videos on the Isle so it might be wrong.

Hearing the Hyper Carno's roar took me down memory lane. The first and last time I'd ever see one legit in-game, all on Isla Nycta. Lost my giga to one in no way anyone would expect.
Seeing them again or playing as one would be if or when they're implemented into actual gameplay. But like this in those servers keeps me wary since there's a rise happening in legacy. Humans find a way wherever and whenever they can, that's always been a thing. If that continues to be a trend, that's a future I'll stay far away from.

AE top secret says Apollo core, Apollo is the god of knowledge, I watched a video of the isle on Igp’s channel where a message appear saying “A thousand lives you owe Apollo”. This might have connects to the dinosaurs behaviors and how they were created. Just wanted to tell you this because it might be important on the isle back story.

as far as i know if the contract was setup that you the player pays for the sever then amp cannot legal take the donations since that now what the contract stated. That just from someone who has done business deal's in the past that require simple contracts to be agreed too.
