    Puerto Escondido is a relaxed, medium sized beach town with a population of around 45,000 known for its excellent surfing. It has grown in size over the years and is popular with expats and surfers, but has managed to avoid huge development and all-inclusive resorts.

    Most Mexican beaches are lovely.The Oaxxcan cooast has many such beaches ,so I have seen on other videos .I think there is an official nude beach named Zipolite, next to Mazunte.

    Hi. I visited PE in year 2000. When I watched your video on PV I did not recognized it at all. It has changed tremendously in 20 years. I don't know if I like the changes or not. It is not overdeveloped yet like Cancun or Acapulco, but I find it more urban now. Back in 2000 there were many Italians living there. They used to run several Italian restaurants and ice cream shops. In PE I tried the best authentic gelatto I have ever had in all of Mexico. The owner was a fine Italian lady from Venice. I wonder if those Italian establishment keep in business. Thanks for sharing.

    My wife and I enjoy watching your videos. Where would you say to move that is more affordable? Puerto Escondido or La Paz? We are also thinking about San Jose Del Cabo?? Could you give us some feedback?
    Gracias 🙏

      Of the three places you mention we would say La Paz has the lowest cost of living. Each of those locations are very different in what they offer.👋🥂

    You mention @14:44 that Playa Manzanillo might be a topless beach and that there may be another one in Zipolite.
    You're right about Zipolite as it is "legal" there.
    Still it happens at all of the other beaches on PE frequently. We're at the beaches~5 days a week, don't remember the last time we did not see a red-footed boobie, or three.

    you covered a lot of miles in the past 2 weeks. Did you rent a car or fly between all these spots?

    • @IslandHopperTV
      @IslandHopperTV  2 роки тому +1

      A mix of private driver and Flying. If the drive was longer than 3 hours we would fly. I did not rent a car in Mexico.
