YES! There are actually TWO other vocalists, both of whom who are pretty respected in their own right and long time BSS members. At least Amy Millan (of Stars) gets the tiniest bit of screen time, but Emily Haines (of Metric) is there too and as soon as the camera touches her it cuts away. Every. Single. Time. But in that millisecond you do see her there's no obvious reason she couldn't be in frame more. In the KCRW video for "Stay Happy" the most you ever see of Emily is the edge of her pants-you only know it's her because of her voice! There's no way that *wasn't* intentional, especially when every other person gets screen time. It's so weird! I'm glad someone else noticed.
Also I don't envy any singer trying to recreate the pliant, crystalline and angelic soarings of Leslie Feist. This song is a customfit for her unique style.
