How can you called this eastern culture while not showing the mighty Borobudur temple or mention any middle age Indonesian Kingdoms such as Sriwijaya Empire and Majaphit Empire it's a crime smh
In listing the regions influenced by China I prefer the term IndoChina . Beside the geographical naming , lts more inclusive than just mentioning Vietnam. But then the weight of the name in an English language course. Not to mention the malayan archepelogo. .
This professor is very knowledgeable about East Asia historical development. However does he read Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages?

I really praise your course but I aline with 130 billion people are offended with the map you have shown in the presentation. It literally feels the soul without head. I request you to correct it. The reason being here we are talking about ancient time where the newly formed country even didn't existed. China and India been so close culturally. Yet it would be great if we discuss the facts with the sights of true information which mean undivied India.
No offence.
East Asia cultures has nothing similar to topical jungle plz
thanks, i've broadened my Database in the comfort of my living room, slammed in this lazyboy...

Don't look Chinese at all
Formerly known as India-China, Southeast Asia is a hybrid of east Asian Chinese and South Asian Indians. Singapore + southern Malaysia + northern Vietnam belong to Chinese genes
