    मैं मत्स्येंद्रासन प्रतिदिन करता हूं।मैंने भगवान दास की पुस्तक से सीखा था।अब कई योगाचार्य का क्लिप भी देखा मगर कॉन्सेप्ट क्लियर नहीं होता है।अब मै शाहिदा को ही योग गुरु मानता हूं क्योंकि वे हर बारीकी को समझाते हुए क्लियर कंसेप्ट देती हैं।

    Madam I am following your almost every video. Your way of telling every yoga exercise is excellent. I am a senior citizen. I have nerves conduction in my legs and feet. Always I am feeling heaviness in my feet. Can you suggest me any yoga excercises for this for proper circulation of blood in legs and feet. Thanks. God bless you.
