00:08 to me sounds like a Bb0 to a F1 which is 29hz and 43hz. 00:17 Eb0 to Bb0 which is 19hz to 29 hz The lowest note is at 00:53 which is somewhere around 12-13hz, but this audio file is so compressed it's hard to tell or even see on a frequency analyst. You can hear the overtones because of distortion, (the flapping sound, that's distortion due to compression, not the actual bass) but unless you have an insane 1000+ watt subwoofer, you're not going to feel that and I wouldnt recommend forcing your sub to play that unless you know what you're doing.
