Tack för bra vloggar! Jag snubblade över det här avsnittet för någon vecka sedan precis innan jag och min flickvän skulle semestra just i samma område. Vi bodde visserligen inte ute på ön utan på fastlandet vid Slottet/Heestrand. Tack vare inspiration från dig gav jag mig också ut på segmentsjakt på mornarna innan det blev för varmt. Nu är semestern slut men jag numera stoltsera med fyra nya CR :)

I feel you need to get those crowns in longer runs (at least 8-10k). Otherwise I feel like it is cheating. Love your videos though, keep them coming!

Haha it was actually a 10k+ run, did the segments in the same run and did some filming/running afterwords . Just had to stop the clock to check how I did on the segments for the video. But either way I don't agree that it would be cheating even if you just go out and give it a go on a segment. Thanks glad you like the videos, more coming 😁
