Glad to see the place again after more than 25 years. I'm Bavarian and sad to say I've been there for only a single evening. But it was amazing and very impressive to walk around and to see all the beautiful houses. At first glance I would say nothing has changed since then. Stratford is still a very nice town. Hope very much to come back some day - not so easy in this nasty time.

Stratford is lovely, I grew up in Warwick so I’ve visited loads of times.

There are many timbered houses in some regions of France too. It seems to be a beautiful and poetic city.
Yes indeed. I'm lucky to have visited some places in France like that. Rouen always stands out in my memories for its many beautiful streets with amazing variety of half timbered buildings. Reminds me I need to go back someday 😀

Thanks. This was filmed quite recently and mostly quite late in the evening to take advantage of the long days. I think some of the shots are well after 9pm :) Also I think its quiet due to quite alot of local buisnesses still not being open due to the virus. A good time to vist a normally touristy place!!!

If you are driving to or from Stratford Upon Avon from North, remember not to turn left or right anywhere. If you do, you might end up in eyesores like Birmingham or Coventry. These two places suck so much.
