The key benefits of this ceramic coating are:
1) Protection that lasts 2+ years (up to 5 years on garage kept, low mileage cars)
2) Protection against the elements, UV rays, acid rain, graffiti, bird dropping and tree sap
3) Helps keep your car looking cleaner for longer
4) Gives your car an intense shine and gloss
5) Very easy to apply, perfect for DIY’ers and weekend warriors. Professionals love this too!
6) It can be applied on all hard surfaces: paint, wheels, plastics, chrome and glass. It can even be applied ton top of PPF (paint protection film) and vinyl wraps.
7) 84% SiO2 content, some of the highest concentration available to consumers!
The ceramic coating chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a semi-permanent bond and layer of protection. It doesn’t wash away or break down and does not require repeated application every few months.
Important tips:
1) Let the product cure on the surface for 48 hours. Don’t expose the vehicle to water or rain during that time.
2) Wait at least 7 days before washing the vehicle or applying any chemicals.
3) Use a pH neutral and wax-free car shampoo for your regular washes.
4) No special maintenance products are required, but if you want to boost the performance you can use their maintenance shampoo and/or ceramic booster to assist.
5) Do not apply this ceramic coating on top of an existing wax or sealant.
6) Once you are done with the coating application, make sure you throw away the microfiber towels that were used to buff off (levelling) the coating, as they’re going to harden and could potentially scratch the finish if reused.
7) AvalonKing ships their products all around the world.
8) It can also be used on matte surfaces.

Wow, this promo code still works!
And even in Europe.
I just got a 27€ discount by using your promo, so I got a good deal
Thanks!
Thanks Pan, Just bought 2 kits. I was looking at this product for some time but your recommendation and discount pushed me over the line. Thanks again! You deserve all the success you have had and will have in the future.
Thanks Michael! When you use it for the first time, remember me when you see how easily it buffs off! :)
I used this on my Black (Dodge) Cat about 5 months ago and like you say in this video it is super easy to apply. I am an old school guy that always used wax on my cars, 44 years of waxing, but this has me throwing the many wax cans out. I have led lights in my shop hanging at 12' and you can count the individual leds in the reflection off my paint.
Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks !
Yes I am old (61) but still clean my cars as I take pride in a clean shiny ride. I really enjoy your videos and channel, keep up the good work !
Ah thank you for sharing your real world experience Randy! And thanks for the kind words. You are right, we always continue to learn new things in life, and I'm glad to contribute to my audience's knowledge about detailing! :)
Hmmm,, I read in the product description, item "5) Do not apply this ceramic coating on top of an existing wax or sealant." We see Randy A mentions he's been waxing his cars for 44 years. Wouldn't it be a fair statement/question that most likely Randy A. had/has bou-kou coats of wax and various other paint/clear coat enhancing products on his Black Dodge? Did he strip all those products off before applying this product? Seems to me that would be almost more effort than it's worth. Just curious.
... wait , haven't y'all heard ... ceramic is now old school and graphene is in .... for now ... but just wait , a new snake oil is always on the way...
@@quickdeuce
You compound , polish , and then wipe down with ipa.. Ceramic coat after that.
@@johndeesmith183pay someone else to ceramic coat your car if you can’t do it properly. Snake oil? 😂
I purchased this product earlier this year and was looking for a video just like this prior to applying. I ended up watching your cquartz video instead. I’m glad to hear your experience was positive and I learned some tips for my next application. Armor Shield IV was easy to apply and looks great on my white car. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing!
I just applied this coating to my 2011 Toyota Corolla (my first)
This is a great coating to learn from as it's very forgiving and simple removal after about 3 min.
Prep is everything with any coating the cleaner the clear coat the better the coating will perform and look.
Don't be intimidated by this coating if you've done your homework it's as easy as waxing a car.
Thank you pan for all your great videos 👍
Thanks for sharing your personal real world experience with it Kris! And thanks for the kind words about my videos. Always appreciated!
What's your favourite video on my channel so far?
Very nice process - you covered all of the requisite steps and all prior to application. The application looked to be a breeze and the results were excellent. Thank you, sir!
Thanks for watching!
Never clicked so fast! Been waiting on this one.
Hope you enjoyed it!
You are the only car detailer I trust. I wanted a ceramic coating that I can apply easily myself. Ευχαριστώ ΠΑΝ!!!

Fantastic as always Pan!!! Thank you for bringing such great videos and products! Stay well
Glad you like them!
Pan, really enjoy the two vlogs, twice in one week, although you missed last Saturday.
Pan, between you and Brian at Apex, you guys drive the most education of any channel, so thank you.
Indeed!
Agreed! Love Pan and all his knowledge!
Right? I think last Saturday was the first Saturday that he's ever missed! Strange!
Thank you for the kind words! It's nice to see that my hard work doesn't go unnoticed! :)
Heheh that's simply because I had to post the Saturday's video a few days earlier on Thursday instead, because it was the launch of the 303 Graphene coating that day! But I didn't skip a week. In fact, I even came up with a video a few days later with the chemist interview. :)
Pan, I just used your discount code to get a bottle, then for answering 3 survey questions, I got a 2nd bottle for $29.99. How awesome is that?? Now, if only you lived here in South Carolina to get my new truck prepped, I’d be all set!! 🤣
That is awesome!
We have been using for about three years. Have done all parts on the car. Paint work, windows, plastics, wheels, lights ,inside fuel door, door jams, and engine bay plastics .
First car was daughters Vw polo, never garaged never cleaned, always park in a sand lot near the train. It has just started to show signs of wearing off.
Other daughters same car brought at same time, garaged and driven very little washed regularly. Still looks amazing.
We love this product and so do our customers.
Thanks for the real world feedback Suzy!
I did all three of my cars last year with this and am very very happy with it. Excellent product.

Fantastic results, anytime a white car pops like that BMW you know you're on to something good. I've seen this product advertised for a couple of years, and asked myself why hasn't a reputable UA-camr demo'd it. Well Pan in my book you're the first. Impressive results, and yes the ease of use is very, very good.
Thanks Jay! My viewers had been wanting me to review this product for a while, as they had the same thoughts as you: no serious detailing channel had ever looked into this, so they wanted an opinion from a big reputable channel like mine. And I was deeply impressed by this coating. As far as ease of application goes, it's by far the easiest ceramic coating I ever applied!
I have used it on two of my vehicles and it’s really just that easy and the deep wet gloss look is amazing.
I agree.
Love the energy bro. Seems higher than ever!
Most definitely!
Well if they recommend they earn something. I'm guessing money or products. so yeah he's hyped L0L I'm still getting it though lmao
I almost bought this, but was too afraid to apply it myself. Nice to see a review on it by you.
Glad I could help! This is probably the easiest to apply ceramic coating I have ever tested. If you were reluctant to try coatings in the past, you should try this. If you can wax a car, you can apply this.
As an extra boost of confidence, i have applied this twice now and another “consumer” grade ceramic, and this was way easier to apply than UK c Quartz, buffs off way easier
It must be so satisfying seeing your customers reaction at the work you’ve done to there car. Awesome job pan 👌
It really is! That's the real pay for me, is when I see someone smile and almost be speechless when they see the final results. I know how much their cars mean to them, so it's very gratifying for me to see that they appreciate and enjoy the hard work I have put in.
Awesome.. ty. What speed is good? I purchased mequiars mirror glaze 2.0 (has a low level 3 cut) is that ok to use? And do you dry the vehicle AFTER the clay bar before polishing?
Sorry for so many questions... Just couldn't tell from the videos. Thank you so much for your help!
Thanks Pan! I ordered one and the discount is definitely awesome. I detail cars on the weekends and want to up my ceramic coating from the Chemical Guys Hyper Slick. Keep up the awesome videos.
Thanks! Good choice! Take your time to fully prep your paintwork and you will love applying this. 👍🏻
Yet another paaaaaaaaantastic product review. I love this company, im an affiliate there too.... keep it up
:)
Great video presentation Pan!!! I just finished applying the first coat to my wife's 2020 Pearl White Kia. The shine is amazing!! (after I washed, Iron remover, clay bar, polish and IPA wipe). Side note, I thought it would have a nice slide to it though. No worries, it looks great!!!
Thanks for the feedback. A week after the application, you can wash the car and start using a topper to increase gloss and slickness. Bead Maker, Xtreme Solutions Topper, etc
Thanks, Pan! I got some Armor Shield IX ordered just now and your promo code still works.
Enjoy it! 😁👍🏻

Definitely 100% isn’t going to last 7 years lol
Holy crap Pan, I cant even watch content as fast as you make it. I'm only 45 min into the graphene video. Awesome work but make sure you sleep and see your family occassionally.
Hehehe don't worry! I always make time to work, time for family and time for fun. A well organized life is a happy life. :)
Another great video Pan. After a bad experience from a car dealer applied ceramic coating (water spotting and the ceramic coating was removed after using a water spot remover), I did some research and found AvalonKing. I spoke with Dale who was very helpful which convinced me to purchase the kit. After applying it to my new BMW (following all the steps you mentioned in your video) the results were impressive. Unfortunately a few weeks down the track after washing the car I noticed water spotting on the paintwork. Keeping in mind the car is garaged while at home but you can not always avoid the rain. I contacted AvalonKing (online chat) and the response was that water spotting cannot be avoided. I was a great advocate to the product but was disappointed considering my previous experience which was communicated to Dale. After watching another one of your videos and since I still have another bottle of AvalonKing, I will use a topper to help prevent water spotting. Next time I will try a Graphene coating.
Dale is correct. There is no coating that 100% protects against water spotting unfortunately. There is no miracle product against that. My vehicles are garage kept, and I have a water softener system at home, so water spotting isn't an issue for me. But it can be for many. Hence why I came up with a popular tutorial on dealing with water spots the simple way here: ua-cam.com/video/s1XNKFVSwRk/v-deo.html
Although no coating can fully protect against spotting, the best ones, like AvalonKing, will at least help reduce that by a great amount as the sheeting of water is amazing. Also, to further help coatings, you typically apply top coats like silica spray sealants, on newer graphene oxide based toppers like the 303 Graphene which is also very good in keeping water spotting down (although not eliminating it 100%).
I hope this helps Kieron! How did you discover my channel by the way?
@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks Pan. I came across your channel after finding and watching your video on water spot removal; I now understand that a major drawback of ceramic coating is water spotting. For me anyway, water spotting was one of the reasons why I chose to apply ceramic coating (from the dealer) to begin with. The point I was trying to make about AvalonKing was that only after I reach out to understand why water spots were appearing after using their product did they then inform me that water spotting cannot be avoided. After I apply AvalonKing again, I will add a coat of CarPro Gliss.
Pan, i was just wondering what are the things i need to do (procedures) for a brand new car if i were to do the coating within a week of the delivery.
I'm curious as well :)

@@PanTheOrganizer I like so many it's hard to pick. Like seeing the expressions from happy customers when they pick their vehicles up. 🙂
I’ve always been really interested in how this product compares to the “real” detailing brands. Would it be possible to do one of your insane chemical torture tests on it?
It would sail through those tests, as most good ceramic coatings do. If enough people want to see a torture test for this product, I'll film a video. :)
We'd love to see a torture test between this and the popular detailing brands with their lineup of ceramic coatings
Would appreciate the test.
@@PanTheOrganizer Definitely...lets do it!
Heck yes we wanna see a torture test!
Pan, I learn something every time I watch this video. I’ve watched it countless times. You and Wilson Auto Detailing are the only users/sponsors that use 2 towels. All others use the towel in the AvalonKing for leveling and removal. I ordered the Autofiber Quadrant Towels from Car Supplies Warehouse that you showed in your Product Hall Video.
Wasn’t sure which to use first until I saw you using the Blue towel followed by the Black towel.
Thanks Ron! With the AvalonKing, it's so easy to apply and remove, that you could only use the one supplied towel if you wanted to...
Pan, can a topper be used on Avalon King Armor Shield IX? If so, what's a good topper for it? Thanks
3 years later I am revisiting this video since I am doing the ceramic coating again on a new car. Love this video. Good work.
Glad it was helpful!
Avalon king or cquartz uk 3.0 would love an opinion as I'm gonna purchase either soon
Following
I would expect this is easier to apply pan said it was easier than quartzlite). Youd need to wait a year to see real world differences i bet.
Cquartz: always comes on top of longer testing. Also verry easy to apply imo.
If this lasts more than 2 years in my long term tests, it will be a better option compared to CQuartz UK 3.0, as the AvalonKing is also much easier to apply and only needs one coat (2 coats are recommended for CQUK to ensure proper coverage). Both coatings are top tier.
Could you let us know how much you charged that customer for the ceramic coating?
Hey Pan, any plans to make the testing process more objective? It would be nice if we can get hard numbers and put them in a spreadsheet.
Thanks for the good deal and the great demo Pan!
My pleasure Pat!

when your masculinity is fragile
I used this product on a Silverado just before Christmas. The ease of application and results were awesome just as you described. I live in northern IL so the weather was too cold for proper curing so I used a buddy's heated garage for application and curing. During the application I found that when the ceiling mounted vented gas furnace was running the warm air blew against one side of the truck and that affected the 'flash time' of the coating. No big deal I just turned off the furnace until I was finished with that side of the truck. Just an FYI to users that have forced air heat to be mindful of the warm air flow and its impact on the work. The truck has a bed cover and I used the Last Coat 2 on it and it looked great.

8/15/21 About to apply AvalonKing (for the first time using this product) on to a 2009 BMW X5. Thanks for the instructions, great compliment to those written instructions included in the AvalonKing package.
Thanks for the positive feedback Carroll!
I was impressed with the application and results of Armor King on my test section on my personal auto.
Yeah it's pretty simple to apply hunh? I was blown away by how easy this goes on and off.
Just used this becase of this video, supper easy and fast, prep did take a while but was a brand new mazda.
Thanks for the feedback Tommy! Congrats on your new car!
Thanks Pan for the great hook up!!
You bet!
I know Avalon reached out to you but thanks for listening 😂 I couldn’t wait for you to review it so I did mine 2 weeks ago 👍🏽. Im glad is Pan approved 😂
Heheh totally!! Soooo good! What car did you apply it to?

There is currently an even crazier special going on this week! Check out my latest video: ua-cam.com/video/bfOLAvPd6Ck/v-deo.html
I recently applied on a black Toyota Tacoma. Came out beautiful.
I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to find the right coating for myself and eventually my customers. My search is over and I just ordered 2, can’t wait to try this out, thanks Pan!
Good choice, you’re gonna see how easy this to apply! How did you discover my channel Eric?

@@PanTheOrganizer Hi Pan , about 4 years we have followed you from the start we both just like and trust you as the man to go to for all our info on what to buy if available
You are the best channel on UA-cam and I say the million is coming very soon 😀 Phil
I have used Avalon King Ceramic coating and it was supper easy to apply and my car looks amazing!
Great to hear!
@@PanTheOrganizer I know you have a lot of recommendations on car shampoo and maintenance products, normally you recommend using the manufactures related products. Avalon King currently does not offer Shampoo and an Sio2 spray. Do you have a recommendation for a car shampoo, a maintenance topper and/or drying aid to use with Avalon King Ceramic coating?
I bought all 3 products the prep wash the ceramic coating and the ph balanced ceramic shampoo. Thank you for the video!!
My pleasure Justin. How did you discover my channel?
@@PanTheOrganizer I initially was looking at the CarPro ceramic coating and lots of the reviews said @Pan TheOrganizer had really good detailing videos on UA-cam. So now I’ve watched a few of yours educating myself on the ceramic coating process. Also love how you list all the tools/products that you use in a video super helpful!
Also I have Subscribed lol.
Was going to get my Tesla done professionally...then I decided I would just do it myself with Gyeon MoHS, then I saw this video and decided to support Pan for providing all of this excellent content and ended up buying 3 bottles so I can do full coat x2 on 2 vehicles. Putting my faith in you, sir! Thanks for the recommendation.
Hehe. Good choice in going for a ceramic coating. Gyeon MOHS is another excellent choice. Just keep in mind, these are DIY solutions, consumer grade products, so don't expect the durability of 5-7+ years of a 1500$ USD pro grade coating. If you have a good maintenance regimen and apply two layers, it should go a long way for the small price you paid. :)
The most important to any ceramic coating application is the prep BEFORE you actually apply the coating. The more time you spend properly washing, decontaminating, polishing and prepping the paint, the better the coating will perform and the longer it will last.
I have been testing this coating since the fall of 2020 and so far so good! Very happy with the results. The ease of application is really it's strongest point. It's the easiest coating I have ever applied.
@@PanTheOrganizer appreciate the reply! I am a self-described “detailer” or weekend warrior as people say and I love my car. The reason I decided against going Pro was the fact that I do love my car and wash at least once a week, so I can also see the degradation of the coating over time and reapply. I didn’t check yet, but does AvalonKing have a “topper”? I’ll need to get that as well if they do.
They don’t have a topper as they say their coating doesn’t really need one. I still recommend a good silica spray sealant be applied at least once every three months to ensure proper performance and durability as with like all coatings. Any silica spray sealant that you want or like.
How did you discover my channel by the way?
@@PanTheOrganizer thank you, again. I discovered your channel maybe 4-6 months ago? I had finally purchased my own buffer/pads/compounds and was ready to do my first paint correction and started watching a bunch of videos and you were in the top 5 vids of my search. And then I just got sucked in to the towel videos, snow foam videos, how to vids, they’re excellent and you have a voice and enthusiasm that is pretty captivating. I’m TERRIBLE about remembering to subscribe, because once I watched 3-4 of your videos it was constantly in my recommended so never thought about it but definitely subbing right now!
I only got partially involved in the drama or whatever recently and I’m not convinced that you do anything other than produce quality videos with quality products. I can agree with the idea that you seem to only have positives in a lot of vids, but is that a problem? I haven’t really seen a product you recommended that was complete garbage, so you’re still high on my list. If AvalonKing doesn’t hold up I’ll just move on to CQuartz and then on to Gyeon which everyone recommends. I only know about AvalonKing because of your video, so I got 3 bottles because $~1xx is better than $1,400 and I can judge what product I end up using exclusively....until your next recommendation, lol.
Well if you subscribed (finally! haha) then let me officially welcome you to the Pan The Organizer family!
Just applied a second coat to a black Nissan and parked indoors for the next 24 hours. The gloss is insane. Thank you Pan for your help..... respect from the UK!

Thanks for this! I might finally try this. I've been a wax and sealant guy. I tend to over wax. New sealant coat every month, but I'm getting lazy. lol
Once you go the ceramic coating route, you'll never look back. I don't remember the last time I "waxed" my car.
Nice. This is the first video I have seen that it's a black vehicle that the ceramic is being put on. Looks awesome.
The vehicle is white in the video, it's not black. You said "that it's a black vehicle"... Did you mean to say "that it's NOT a black vehicle" ?

Just watched and WOW what a great job. You are a perfect choice for reviewing products hats off. Will keep this in mind, need to buy a couple more cars to use all the products you've turned me on to, and get a place inside to properly do the job. Tha KS again, cant wait for your next utube video, Thanks again keep up the GRATE WORK.
P.S. what is the best paint sealer stripper to use, in your opinion 🤔 thanks.
Thanks Keith! Stay tuned for some crazy awesome videos coming your way!
For stripping soaps, I mainly use Adam's Strip Wash: amzn.to/3nwewPY
But keep in mind those alone won't ensure 100% removal of previous protections. Machine polishing is really what removes those. Stripping soaps start the breaking down process, and machine polishing gets the majority of the work done.
Will keep that in mind thank you sooo much, I have learned so much from you. Thank you again.
Keith
Got mine coming tomorrow...car is prepped ready for installation
Awesome! Let me know how it goes. It should go on like butter! 👍🏻
@@PanTheOrganizer do you recommend a topper or spray and when would you put it on. Coat is now 48 hours in curing in the garage.
YES PAN!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
:)
I just finished applying this to my car, after a thorough polish, outside in the sunlight (i had not other options) the application and removal was staggeringly easy to accomplish, i've had window cleaners that were more difficult to wipe off.
Drove it to a public parking garage to prevent condensation and rainfall from hitting the new coating, i cannot wait to see the end results, and i am wondering how easy it will be to clean off the salt and mud in the coming winter.
Cheers for introducing me to this product Pan, i would probably not dare touch a ceramic coating of professional quality for fear of screwing up.
