oh thank you so much for your kind words! 🥰 I've found that the negative space as a bit of a margin really helps me for some reason, especially visually when I look back on previous pages ~ thank you so much for watching!
I adore the way you journal. You've inspired me to take up a creative gratitude journal! It's so perfect and a great way to have freedom with your supplies! XO
aw thank you so much for the kind words, and how exciting that you'll be starting up a creative gratitude journal! I realized how much it helps me to cultivate that joy that we often need to remember in our lives. Also so true about having freedom with the supplies we have and finding the joy with them! thank you so much for watching! 🥰
What a lovely line up! I really want to develop a morning pages habit but it isn’t going too well so far. I love you creative gratitude journal of joy! I am using my Midori Hibino in a similar way so far and loving it! Enjoy your beautiful journals!
thank you so much! I know what you mean about it being difficult to develop the morning pages habit, I tried some years ago and it didn't stick then, so I'm hoping that perhaps this time around I'll be able to keep it going. I'm so glad you enjoyed the creative gratitude journal, and how lovely that you're using the Hibino in a similar way! It just helps so much to cultivate joy to have these creative outlets, doesn't it? 🥰
@@joyofstationery this gives me hope! I am determined to make a morning pages habit stick one day! These simple pleasures do bring such joy and contentment, I agree completely! Happy Sunday!
aw thank you so much for your kind words, it makes me so happy to hear this! 🥹🥰 thank you so, so much for watching, and I'm so glad that you've enjoyed!!
I adore your journal lineup and selected covers so much! I have been eyeing the minä perhonen piece covers for a while and this year's A6 (spring mix) is really speaking to me. I might give the lottery a try. I _love_ your creative gratitude journal! You sound happy as you take us through it, so it seems like it is fulfilling its purpose well. ☺ I am using my A6 Techo for a similar purpose, though it's currently housing ink swatches and explorations. I like how you've formatted your monthly index pages and may borrow some inspiration for mine! Thank you for another cosy and inspiring video! 🥰
ahh thank you so much, Alison!! 🥰 I was actually going to say, if I didn't already have this minä perhonen piece cover, I would absolutely want to enter the lottery for this year's spring mix cover, as it's so lovely!! I hope you get one if you end up entering the lottery, I would be so excited for you! 😍 and aw thank you so so much, I'm so glad you love the creative gratitude journal ~ it's been so much fun, and yes please feel free to try out the monthly index format, it's made it so fun to look forward to filling out!! 💖
I've been enjoying your channel since stumbling upon your 5 little desk joys video last year and watching your videos always makes me feel inspired and excited to find joy in/through my own stationery! Would love to try out a creative gratitude/joy journal this year ⭐ Another lovely video, also really liked seeing a glimpse into your drawings - the Howl's castle one was so gorgeous!!
oh, my goodness, can I just say how much your comment warmed my heart 🥹🥰 thank you so much for these incredibly kind words, and it makes me so happy that you've been enjoying the channel, and love that you found it with the 5 little desk joys video! I'm so glad that it can contribute to inspiring joy in others as well ~ and thank you for the encouragement with the drawing, which I'm quite shy about but hoping to get more practice in! 💖 would love to hear if you end up trying out a creative gratitude/joy journal this year!!
These are so great! I see you're an A6 kind of person. Lol. I've actually been gravitating towards A6, although in a perfect world, I'd be B6 all the time. I also have a Hobonichi A6 for gratitude journalling. My question to you is where do you get your gratitude journal prompts? I need a bit of inspiration some times. Love your channel!
Thank you for sharing - I also think that I need several for different goals - you gave me several ideas to try! Can you tell me - do you reread your Morning Pages or Anytime Journaling?
yay thank you so much for watching! 🥰 I really like what you said about needing several journals for different goals, I love that way of thinking about it which is inspiring me to think about an organization based on goals as well! I do actually sometimes reread my morning pages and anytime journaling, which I know isn't always the practice (for example, I've heard for morning pages that it's to get the thoughts out and then you can throw out the pages if you want) ~ in fact, it's evolved a bit since I made the video where I've combined the morning pages and anytime journal into something more intentional. I'm hoping to share it soon!!
thank you so much, I'm so glad that you enjoyed! I actually just use my iPhone which is quite an older model at this point, but I'm hoping to be able to get something better at some point! thank you so much for watching! 🤗
i've fallen absolutely in love with the Tragen cover/pouch and I am going to get it plus the Keiko Shibata Who is it? notebook. I just don't like the wasted space that the techos have with the huge dates and especially the quotes. But I love the paper and the designs (i don't want to switch to a Common Planner, for example). I think I might try it out as a bullet journal instead (like a true basic bullet journal, not a decorative one)
I think the Tragen cover is such a brilliant idea by Hobonichi, and that Who is it? notebook is so adorable (definitely getting the notebooks at some point!). I'd love to hear if you ended up getting them! I hear you on the notebooks providing more space that's usually taken up in the techos, and I've actually been leaning more towards the notebooks themselves as potential for future bullet journaling instead too! I've really fallen in love with the hobonichi notebooks for that reason these past few weeks! 💖
@@joyofstationery i actually practiced some responsibility and held off on all purchases from the spring release haha and now seeing the unboxing and reviews come out, im glad i didnt get the Tragen. the material seems like a dirt and dust attractor and i actually would just rather keep using the pen cases i already have than a potentially bulky notebook cover
Omg so cool to see! I hope your special interests book has been going well 🥹 I LOVE that weeks cover ❤
That’s a very lovely lineup! Your pages are so beautifully neat- I love how you keep some negative space around your writing.
