Surprisingly active lightning for the Springfield Missouri area

- I've seen lightning really active before, but not to this extent. I went outside to investigate because the flashing had went on so long at such a high rate that I started to doubt it was lightning. Figured I may as well capture a bit of it on video.

We had a bad storm just the other night with a lot of lightning north of Bolivar

Thanks! I was surprised by it. It went on like that for about 45 minutes, at least, before it actually started raining and making any noise. Then it rained really hard for about 20-30 minutes...and was gone.
