Very cool, BUT... I do not understand why you dfidn't come up with something else, other than the static labels that says "mic, chat, hdmi, game" .. that should be a display or some other solution to change that. BUt this looks really great.
Cannot play game over 60Hz in any resolution while capturing or streaming. I bought it, tested it during 6 hours. A real pain so set it to work the firs time while the HDMI setting are set to "INTERNAL DEFAULT" and signal is not accepted by the monitor over. You must use USB-C cable to change settings. Also sounds are limited to 5 seconds. Last thing, while updating it sys to replug USB cables as they are already plugged. In fact you must unplug power to reboot the Bridge Cast X. Really decieved , very poor capture specifications, i sent it back.
Please add a equalizer option for all audio channels (or at least a general equalizer). I currently use the game channel for all things (for games, spotify, youtube), except the windows sounds, and discord. My headphones (Sundara) need a little bit of tuning and I couldn"t get any other eq software to work together with the bridge cast

What are the capture specs? The fact that this isn't covered front and center (after the audio capabilities) is concerning. With most manufacturers now releasing or preparing to release 4k/120fps capture cards, anything less than that would be basically worthless. However an audio mixer WITH those capture capabilities would be STELLAR. Something tells me that isn't what this is though, considering those specs were never even mentioned (a HUGE selling point).
So, I bought it... I am new to all of this. My review so far... Your support page has a quick start video option but no videos on this bridge cast x. Next, Music doesnt work for me. I put spotify's output to music(bridge cast x) and the music tries to come through but its broken up like if the audio was being chopped up on obs. You guys need a beginners guide on your page not just the promotion for it... Besides that I love the design and everything it can do again as a beginner I dont know anything about how its actually supposed to work but for someone who is starting his journey streaming It works pretty good (besides the music atm). Update as I was typing this i launched obs and all the audio is chopped up. even the games is super low without touching anything when it was working great the day prior besides the music. Really need this tutorial video of how to set up on obs and software wise like which output to what on single/duo pc, mobile, and console. I will be doing all of those. Make me not regret buying my first mixer. If you guys had a how to on all of this for the bridge cast x. - Update: They reached out to my email about the audio thing... I'm a dumb ass and forgot I had filters on my mic/aux so all the filters were working agaisnt the bridge cast.

Streamers and content creators have come to love sliders over knobs because it allows for easier adjustment on the fly, if Roland replaced the knobs with sliders then this would have been the ultimate game changer that could have replaced the Go XLR in it's entirety. I would love to review this product see if it works with the Elgato ecosystem and Sonar Steel Series eco system while on livestream.

The headphone you wear will have an equally large effect on the sound as these EQ settings Without knowing the headphone that the sound is going to be reproduced over, there's no way of knowing whether a certain frequency range is overrepresented or underrepresented. The EQ settings shown on the bridge cast seem to imply that e.g. for Apex you need 3 dB more energy at 1.2 kHz, but the fact is that individual headphones differ by much more than 3 dB among each other, so you can not possibly make a statement like "every headphone needs 3 dB more". For some headphones you'll need 3 dB, for others you'll need 1 or 6 dB. For others you may even need -5 dB.
I was already keeping an eye on the Bridge Cast. I am looking for a audio interface for streaming, video calls etc. Not many give the option to have different mixes.
I would be interested to know what the settings are in OBS Studio and under Windows. So that everything works separately, because it doesn't work for me, I can't adjust anything in OBS Studio, game sound, music, Discord, no change in stream. Thanks for a positive answer.
Dear roland, please pollish up your software app side of things it feels like you have just rushed it out and missed important features that should be standard in 2024. Such as, "vod track" add a vod track to allow us to route certain audio away from twitchs vod tracks, its 2024 this should be standard now in all audio mixers for content creators. Please create a proper routing table were uses can click select where audio goes to, you currently dont have this why not? Please also create an offical roland discord server for your users worldwide this is so needed. One more thing, please also add loudness equilisation to your audio drivers like having to turn the audio all the way up in certain games, having this option would eliminate that.
Im getting drops of audio and a bit of crackling noises on the bridgecast x , tried changing the bitrate even reinstalled the drivers but still the same . Any help on how to sort it ?

For some reason my bridge cast x is stuck on 640x480 on OBS. I can't figure out a solution, anyone know one? I've tried multiple different cables and have also tried changing the resolution on my PS5.

Turns out I'm wrong, there's something about your firmware updates that essentially makes the device unusable after downloading it. Whenever I power it on the only light that pops up is the power button and I can't press anything to make anything happen afterwards. Please help me, this's ridiculous.
All of these companies are missing the mark when it comes to streaming i/o. You are trying to control and relay all audio between 4 things, a gaming pc/console, a streaming pc, headphones, and a xlr/usb mic. No usb mic input?
I seen a lot of people having issues. So, am I sadly I got my BC X 25/9-2024 and at this time I am trouble shooting it day two. So, you should install the driver for it, install the addon for windows 11 that i use. I have set my windows output to SYSTEM BC X II and Input to MIC BC X II. My issue is that my hear myself in the mic all the time i can only mute it. When i open the app you have the yellow, red, green and blue channels for MIC, AUX, GAME and so on. for me all of these just say "mic" I can't change anything. In the mic setup when you select XLR you have a GAIN to set. When you speak this one should be moving nothing is happening. I reinstalled many times and nothing has changed. I have email Roland and registered my product. If i get help her super nice! if i don't and get help on email. I will update this comment with how to solve it.

No. And it does take some extra shit to get everything connected to the PS5, but truthfully the only problems there is with this product is my lack of knowledge in audio routing,and I went to school for audio engineering so that should tell you something lol. Still 9/10 though imo
I decided just to get a capture card and the bridge cast…only because I want the option to capture higher resolution that 1080 if I ever wanted too.. but I believe using usb C I’ll be able to send the audio from ps5 to bridge cast and mix from there for my stream output…I appreciate you getting back with me

So no 4K video capture? Specs on the site say the max video output is 1920x1080... Please tell me you can capture and output 4k video with this...
