Thank you! This is so powerful. I've been meditating for 18 years, but breath work like this is a different level. For me, it's the difference in how I feel between a yoga / movement / stretch session to a heavy compound strength / kettlebell session. Both are great but different.

Been doing WH method for 4 years and this is definitely the best. Your awareness guidance during breath hold is priceless. Especially rounds 3 and 4. Adding the smile in round 4 finally brought it all together for me. A common qigong practice is to smile during the routine. Thank you. Keep up your great work!

Day 2 on this video, crushed the 2 minute hold which I struggled with in your previous guided videos. Something about the prep and approach you took here. Two things I do really enjoy in other videos are the 3 double inhales, and being able to hear your breath behind dialogue helps keep my pace up, especially the final rounds.
I feel so much different after performing these breathing sessions. I must admit that during the last breath hold I’m ready to take the final inhalation. I make it but it gets kind of tough to near the end. My body feels quite weighty for a moment but very relaxed and this gives my mind a sense of peace. Thanks so much for leading this.😊

Discovered Wim's method 31/2 years and it has helped me overcome a heart condition and very low oxygen level immensely. What you are adding I would consider to be Mindfulness, which I've been doing for 12 years, they work together beautifully....Thanks!
Thanks for another one, these are so so helpful for me! In fact, I do WHB every day since about two months before bed, either with one of your videos (85% of times) or just with a timer. Are there any concerns with doing it every day before bed? I think I've benefited from it.

I have tested +ve fir covid firbthe last 10 days. Symptoms were bad for 3 days, but after that, I started to do this breath work with body scan each morning. It really helps and I would reccomend anyone who feels unwell to do it. Gently at first and just do as much as you can comfortably without forcing it.
i have been doing this for 5 days now. i’ve done wim hof for a year and your more popular guide for a month or more. today, was very different. on the final breath hold after i smiled i began to see a light blue cyan with my eyes closed, very vividly infact. it was euphoric. i believe this means i truly did it properly, i was in zen. i most literally saw light blue vibes and waves of shades of light blue going around after i held my smile. absolutely amazing. i wonder what it means or how it happens to come about.
final day of summer. perhaps it will be harder to meditate in the morning as i am now going to college. thank you for the amazing instructional video! :)

I enjoyed it so much , even the music and was relaxed. 20 seconds before the end I realised it could be impossible to hold on. I sayed to myself, it‘s o. k., when I not can hold on, just stay in fun. I got it this morning😊.
I do appreciate these videos for my mental and physical well being. I listen to them every day. Is it possible for the ambient music and sound to continue for a few more seconds after you’ve finished speaking. It’s a lovely feeling of calm and relaxation before the video ends and you get plunged in to a noisy commercial. Thank you again for these videos…

For the first time after months of practice I held my breath without anticipating the timer!
