I have several Street Chopper magazines from 1971 thru 1974. Back then the CB 750s were one of the most common choices for choppers. Seriously, you wouldn't believe how many of the chops were Honda CB750s. The springer looks like a Moto Iron to me.
I wanna build one of these so bad. Planning on it this winter. I always rode a Harley but these past few years I been welding for a living I've wanted to build a bike. And when you really look into it, those 4 cylinders just look and sound so much more badass than a V Twin and supposedly so much more reliable from what I been reading. Whod a thunk it.
I have a 1985 Suzuki Intruder and zero fabricating/bike building experience. I'm going to tear into it this winter and learn along the way. Wish me luck!
Good looking Bike! In 80 belonging to Island County ABATE we had friend we Called Honda Frank. He rode a Chopped 750 Honda. It is cool seeing this build.
maaaan i remember when i firt started riding i had a cb750 and boy did i get shit talked all over the place im glad that they are cool now. dope bike man cbs are amazing so easy to keep on the road
Cb750 cafes are such badass bikes. I messaged a guy a few years back about his beautiful ass blue and white cafe with a fairing up front, they make such gorgeous bikes when cafe'd. his bike even made it onto the website that sells the fairing. (Glass from the past)
"25, not too bad." I rode a 1985 Nighthawk S (CB700SC) for 3 years and if I rode it hard got 45+ mpg. Best I ever got was 54mpg, but multiple times. Stock carbs and pipes. You should name it Shaggy as it looks sketchy but will be a good solid friend. Or maybe Scooby for same reason and it's brownish color. There's several websites dedicated to CB750 choppers. When I rode cruisers, I used to want to build one with Amen Savior frame, but once I got the Nighthawk I became a "standard" fan and haven't looked back.
I had a Amen Savior frame in my parts stash for a long time. I ended up trading off after finding out the rear plunger setup allows the rear wheel to twist in the frame if you push it hard in corners. I gotta push hard in the twisties.
I've got a 1982 Yamaha XJ 750 that I'm currently building in to a chopper progress has slowed down atm after breaking my hand really badly skateboarding🤦😅 still getting little jobs done here and there as i heal up and wait for my next surgery. Positive tho it's giving me time to sit back and think about the direction she's going in and i'm really liking it, I've also got a 1988 Yamaha XV 500 that's going to be a future chopper got some great plans and ideas for her as well might not of come up with them if i didn't mess my hand up!
Foo always smiling, he a happy dude. Plus you can tell he cuts his own hair, and I like that. lol yea bike kool too, definitely different he got that❤ edit: ❤added
That's my issue, I'm going to build a bobber but I need a bigger bike because I'm pretty tall too, I thought about it a lot, I really need a full size bike.Sportster, cb400 , rebel, anything like that is just about to short to start with
Sweet bike I vote Dixon bobber for a name since it’s similar but more ratty than Daryl Dixon in the walking dead. Badass man! Love the raw bikes on the channel
We're you get the stuff to make your rear brake assembly I'm building a 750cbf honda and was trying to figure that part out and wanting a suicide shift to you gave me a great idea 💡
Hiya. If you were doing a chain tensioner how would you do it? I've seen scate board wheels used and eBay bought ones. I would want to my own design, Which would you use?
Vaya maquinón, esa moto tiene mucho trabajo y parece que no. Pero eso de llevar los estribos tan arriba para mi seria incomodo. Es una moto muy personal eso no es discutible. Saludos from Spain🍻
The bike should be named the rusty duck!
Ducking rusty

my favorite bobber. so cool to have a hardtail frame and a inline 4 engine.
