    18:30 My solution: The sequence of the left is -4 then -1 en the bottom of the right is + 4 so the missing number would be 6 + 1=7

    Problem:
    HR hired 300 employees in the first 4 months of the year:
    • February had 2/3 number of hires as January.
    • April accounted for 22% of the total hires.
    • April had 33 new hires.
    • March had the most hires.
    Determine the number of hires each month and their percentages.

    Online you must do the assessment tests before any interview. It is part of the application process. It has changed.

    First question how will i know I'm supposed to multiply by 3 and minus by 4. There's no formula 😢

      Subtract the one in between by the first one yo get the answer

      I would say 5, there are two numbers and its sum in each row. The sums are odd, so 4+1=5 for the first row.
