    I just cooked that and it was soo delicious...however i had to use yellow curry paste i didn't have the red. Thankyou soo much for the recipe

    Red curry sauce?
    You have the sour and salty elements but it needs a touch of palm sugar to balance it out.
    Also much nicer with fresh herbs like coriander, mint, and basil.
