In Fall 2023, California-based hardcore band Stick To Your Guns was doing a show at a record shop in the San Fernando Valley, and ESP stopped by to get their reaction to the LTD Deluxe EC-01FT. I wonder how resonant this beast will be. I love Gibson Les Paul Jr's for how resonant they can be unplugged. I already love the eclipse feel so to see how these are,it's really exciting honestly

I need to try this back when I played shows my main stage and backups where epiphone Jr LPS with seymour Duncan's and if these feel anything like those with a higher quality I'm definitely getting one

Wonder what the difference is between this supposedly new pickup and a regular SH-14? Probably very little, if anything. I recently put a TB-14 in my Cutlass HSS. It's a great all around pickup that works excellent together with the SSL-6's. I'd heard good things about these Custom V hybrid pickups SD has been selling alot of. Took a chance on another one recently, the SH-16. It's even better IMHO, and would be an excellent pairing with an SH-14 in the bridge. I'd bet they'd work really well together.
Completely different pickup. The SH-14 is an alnico 5. The "Custom 14" is a triple ceramic design. The "14" is for the "14.4K" output. It's like a Black Winter, but built more like a standard Custom.
@@voyure2b don't know what pickup your talking about? The two I have and and talking about are both alnico V.
@@andrewbecker3700 The pickup in this guitar is a new design for ESP called the "Custom 14." It is not an SH-14 or TB-14. Those are "Custom 5." The "5" is for Alnico 5 (V). The "14" in the "Custom 14" refers to it's output being slightly over 14K. It is not Alnico 5. It is a triple ceramic magnet design.

Check on Sweetwater you can read the back of the headstock. The ones there say Korea
The guitar looks horrible, especially with those pickguards. Plus 1k is too much for what you will get.
Compared to $3000+ for a Les Paul Jr.?? 😂
