Started listening in 81.
I'm 59 now
I'm 47, still seem to think I'm in my teens when I listen to this
Brian Baker is like wine. He gets better with age. Both physically and musically.
I mean he lost a ton of weight. I do think his guitar playing has evolved tremendously. Dude is the only reason why BR has any good riffs these days.
I agree with you 100%
Do a kickflip
the physical part is due to sobriety and mike dimkich tricking him into spandex biking
Agree! Very true!
BEST PUNK ROCK BAND IN THE WORLD
Yessssssssss
You must not of heard alot of music then
@@patswayze7359 I am listening Punk Rock all my entire life (30 Years)....And nothing comes to the heels of Bad Religion.
@Rudy Makai personally, I don't care
Heck yes!!!
You can't expect them to have the energy they had 30 years ago but by christ, they're still one of the tightest, most comfortable and confident bands I've ever had the pleasure to see live. My energy level ain't what it used to be to be fair.
I don’t give a shit what anyone says. Two of the most punk rock frontmen are Greg Graffin and Milo Aukerman. They are exactly who they are and have never made any attempt to front something different. To me that’s the essence of punk.
keith morris
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE
For sure. Black Flag was best with him fronting.
"You forgot the intro. My intro.
And now a song that really needs no introduction"
Greg's sense of humor is next level 😂
🤣🤣🤣
The 90s were not only Bad Religion’s best decade, it was the greatest decade of them all
Man, Greg's voice hasn't aged at all.
Dude ages like fine wine.
Long live Greg and BR!
Against the Grain is arguably one of the greatest if not the greatest punk rock record ever made. It's perfect.
For sure
I don't know about the best, but it's really good.
I so agree! I always say Against the Grain is the best album in the universe ever by the best band in the universe ever😊
Couldn't agree more! Best album by anyone in the universe ever
Those harmonies on struck a nerve between Jay and Brian gave me goosebumps. Had to rewind. They rarely do it live
Also Jamie.
BR hardcore fan, this is probably the best performance they've had in a long long time. Amazing performance.
Look how long it took for me to get over Brooks' departure...but here we are. Jamie is SHREDDING.
29 years of a fan and will keep listening to them till the end of time
I always think to myself,
"why does Greg look like a teacher/ professor?"
oh wait he is. lol
It’s not just a punk rock song, it’s a validation. I love you.
Man, BR was so big for me in my late teens. I have been lucky enough to see them when they've come to Australia and christ they were good. Here I am some 25 years later and they're still goddamned amazing. It makes me so happy to see them still rocking out as good as ever.
We all are safe in this world. Those guys are still with us. God bless Bad Religion, god bless music
I could watch Jay and Brian do interviews together for hours. Just the repertoire and chemistry they have between each other is amazing
If anyone manages to upload the 80s, 00s, and 10s episodes again I thank and praise you in advance!
Seeing Jay and Brian talk together almost makes me want to be more outgoing and happy
Posso dizer que ouvir essa banda me ajudou a superar os piores dias da minha vida. Gratidão!!!
It was the late 90s & Bad Religion was coming through the Baltimore/DC area. I had no idea who they were, so I went to Record & Tape traders in Reisterstown and I picked up "All Ages." I'm 40 now & the rest is history.
bought my first BR cd at that same store but mid 90s. I miss record and tape traders
Small world, huh? @@childrenoftheabzu
So many years ago I was listening a rock program in a pirate radio in my homeland Uruguay when I listen two songs of a band called Bad Religion, it was love at first listening till today. Internet wasn`t invented yet but somehow I managed to tape some loose songs, sometimes someone came from a travel abroad and bring some cds and music flow, it was a very diferent time kids... jaja
Uruguay papá
Se sabe Esteban!! Vamo arriba Mala Religion!!
@@javierjimenez1182 Arriba la buena musica, siempre against the grain!
@@hernansmith7688 1:00:10 que dijo?
They could’ve played Better off Dead. It’s such an underrated song and they probably never played it live
hey thats my professor!
You lucky bastard :0
30:46 - This conversation is probably THE most important thing that has ever said from Bad Religion. It's true: Americans need to travel outside their country and explore different cultures, languages, races, ideology, and religion.
I love Dad Religion!
so cool that these guys are still kicking ass
Jesus....hearing them play generator so clean like that nearly brought a tear to my eye.
"Did you have a beard yesterday? Yeah, I dont have a beard today...90s" Bently has the best disposition ever.
The best band of all time!!
true
When it comes to the lyrics of a punk-band then yeah
Still being passionate and care about the performance.
They took punk to another level. The level that last thru times!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!! AWESOME... I sing all and everyone of the songs... I'm 45 so that was my decade!! Thanks I enjoy it.
Love how Brian did Brett's weird sliding thing on that Faith Alone guitar solo.
I've come full circle. I bought my first Bad Religion album "No Bad Religion song can make your live complete". Full live album, and I remember looking through the booklet and reading about how they recorded the show, it made for an amazing live album.
And now I've come across another live performance and they're using the same technique and they played "No Bad Religion song can make your life complete".
Awesome set guys, you still sound incredible.
These guys are brilliant, and even more so after so many years
One of the best thing I've seen this whole year in UA-cam! Such good times listening to these guys.
If you're not smiling while watching this, you have no heart :-) Not a die hard fan but this is exactly what you want your childhood heroes mature into, everyone's in great shape delivering a decent performance.
Brian Baker saying "...the biggest problem with the U.S. is that nobody leaves..." is undoubtedly something I have realized, believed in, and have subsequently been saying for decades. Brav-fucking-o!👏👏👏👏👏👏
the best punk rock voice no doubt
All Fantastic Images is such an underrated song and they killed it here.
That whole album is very underrated... One of my favorites
The drums 🙏🏽☮️❤️
It would be so punk if they played that in England.
That and Kerosene are the only songs I always skip. Hate em
@@tbx59 i see your point on Kerosene. The few ones I really really don’t like are most from The New America - Hopeless Housewife, I love my computer - and the FAFAFAFA one... In a 450-plus-song catalog, 4 or 5 bad ones are alright
The best live ever.
How could Greg be 56 and sound exactly like 30 years ago?
I know, right? He's my freaking hero
AMAZING guitar's sound!!!
Man, they still sound great, pretty amazing.
One of the best band ever 🙏
The best group ever .. I love forever.
Lovely! ❤ After decades, same feeling, most of my favourites! Respect! 🌞
❤️
Flat Earth Society never gets old. None of these lyrics get old. Blown away!
Stranger than fiction is one of the best & most underrated albums of the 90's.
They Gray Race and Against The Grain are better, but it depends on who you ask.
@@earthcitizen3939 I'll agree with you on against the grain, the gray race is a great album & doesn't get the praise it deserves. I just think stranger than fiction is a near perfect record & the fact that it was on a major label & they didn't change their sound makes it even better.
@@jessop- I like that they didn't change their sound, that's integrity. To me, integrity is one important thing in punk.
@@earthcitizen3939 summed it up perfectly
Jay looks just like Don Ramon from El Chavo del 8. Amazing look.
El mejor comentario 🤣🤣🤣. Aguante Ron Damón y Jay! ❤️
Thanks so much for the decades uploads!
you are welcome :)
Jesus Christ, the lyricism of Bad Religion is sometimes damn near unparalleled.
Wait what?!!?
“Sometimes damn near” ?
But in all seriousness I agree completely. In so many ways.
The lyricism of Brian gianelli / Beuno / all autonomy / atom orbit semblance is all I can say I personally enjoy / connect to more when it comes down to it
whaaaaat?!?!?!
These sort of comments are parallel
Is there no redemption? no common good?
Is there nothing we can do to promote this video? or only what we should?
To me lyric-wise it's Bad Religion and Public Enemy that are the best.
the beautifully arranged and consummate chorus of the band are its trademark - and i didnt know that Brian had such a heavenly voice!
Thanks for the great content.🙂
My kid calls this Dad Rock.
Mine will too, I'm sure.
You must be an awesome dad then.
Still my fav band after all these years...thanks guys!
THIS WAS GREAT ,I REALLY ENJOYED THE SHOW
Awesome did you go?
Great setlist! Thanks for sharing
Man, those guitars sound great.
I love you guys, thanks for doing this. Idk if any band has had the influence on my life like your music has.
Bringing back nice time, when I listen to that sounds. Against the grain I think I have listened to it 1000 times to that time. Thanks for that nice words and sounds.
❤
This is so awesome! Thank you!
Gracias por tanto tanto tiempo
So thanksfull that you guys still Play music! The day you'll stop Will be the saddest Day of m'y life !!! Merci beaucoup ❤️
Years after first watching this, to this day I still hear the "In the Air Tonight" drum intro every single time after I hear No Direction and Generator. Thanks, Jamie!
The music that accompanied and accompanies my best moments. Thanks a lot. 🤘
Jamie is soooo good. cant stop to watch him play. i listen to bad religion since the early 90's. one of my absolute favourite bands. this line up is great! hope, youll do this for a few more years!
Love it!!❤
One of the only bands pushing 60 that still sounds as tight as they did 30 years ago.
You guys still rock! Saw you 20 years ago and you’re still amazing!
This is so awesome wow. I grew up on these guys. Stranger than Fiction probably my all time favorite album.
Im 39, and i still live in 90's :)
Brian Baker rules!
Thanks
This band revalued punk rock. just thanks 🙌❤🙌❤🙌❤
Crazy ! 👍 Thanks !
awesome playlist
Pasaron los años y siempre serán la mejor banda de punk rock en el mundo!
when they released the video for Walk the JC I was attending had this video jukebox thing and we played this so much it got stuck on this song for a week ........i was wearing my stranger than fiction t-shirt and had people walk up to me saying they bought the album walk was on and being told they were ok ,great and "not bad for stuff I don't listen to "
Honor y Gloria a Bad Religion! Saludos de Argentina!
Perfect set list
Cada vez melhor!!! Excelente!!
Thanks so much!
Watching now. Very cool! hello to you from Russia.
I dislike, that I can only give ONE thumbs up.... would be near'r to heaven to have been there live for this!
Thank you thank you thank you!
What a performance. Amazing.
The best decade!
Great band!! Great memories from Mexico thx Bad religion 90s the best times!!!!
just realized I have to see this band live just for the sake of old memories. keep up the good work Gentlemen !
FANTASTIC!!! Keep On ROCKING!!!
Epic masterpiece of a performance
Sempre presente, fez parte da minha juventude e contínua agora nos meus 47 anos , banda inesquecível pra mim .
Tremenda banda, son maravillosos
I'm an absolute sucker for Brian's guitar tone.
Especially on “ Recipe For Hate “
Skyscraper and Only Entertainment - need to hear those bad boys on this setlist!!!!
I had a bootleg that was split between BR, NOFX, and I can’t remember who else but I think they were all performances in Amsterdam in 1992 and that is the only recording I’ve ever heard of Only Entertainment live, Two Babies In The Dark also
Lucky enough to have watched them live 3 times and two of those with my son. First when he was 8 then when he was 12. First one was The Offspring and Pennywise as well as Bad Religion
BEST SET LIST
best best best....omg RULES over the years....and this is amazing...sound like from CD...forever best band ....ever...thx guys
Well said mate!
Awesome!!
