Hii Saket, you have been a huge inspiration in my life just wanted to know 2 things :
    1. Are you nowadays training in time under tension mode because as seen from video in lat pull down if you are failing between 6-10 reps time may not be reaching 40sec plus.
    2. How many sets you are doing per muscle group in a week.

Hii Saket, been following your journey since an year now and I want to say that the energy and dedication and that emotions that you have for working out and your gratitude towards life is truly something that everyone should learn from. I personally have learnt a lot since I started watching your work on youtube.
I had one question that keeps bothering me which is that I see a drop in my muscle mass every now and then. Sometimes it’s constant but sometimes it’s low by a small margin. I hope you shed some light into this issue!
More power to you brother 💪

Q&A : I've heard a lot of professionals say that body recomp is not the ideal method for skinny fat ppl, that i should do clean bulk instead. I'm conflicted. Note: im managing abt 100+ gms of protein a day an nd (so far) progressively overloading.

Bro just bulk up build some muscle and Then cut

    • @kunalkharat
      @kunalkharat 8 місяців тому +2

Eat in a slight surplus not allowing yourself to put on much fat.. Body recomp basically means losing fat (drop in bf%) and gaining muscle at the same time.. but there's a twist, your bf% is relative to your current weight.. If you were to put on muscle and your bodyfat remains the same, your actual bf% would drop relative to your new weight => thus body recomp.
So eat in a slight surplus with proper training and keep fat gain to a minimum

Step 1: get a body fat % idea
      Step 2: find maintenance cals

Step 4: 1gm protein per lb you weigh from lean protein sources

    • @arrr_og
      @arrr_og 8 місяців тому +1

      Preworkout has mainly
      1. Caffiene
      2. Pump Stuff
You can get 1. without PRE (ex: Coffee, Tea, Energy Drinks, Etc)
      2. You really can't do much. But something that helps a bit is taking 3-6 Grams of Rock Salt in 1 L water and consume it during your workout to get better pumps...

Q&A: How to make sure that arms don't lag behind during PPL? Shall triceps and biceps be trained before chest and back, on some push and pull days? I just feel that I'm not able to reach that intensity when training arms during the end of the day. (I started training one year ago with a bro-split and have recently shifted to your PPL, according to your UA-cam playlist.)
Also, had doubts about the absence of a fly movement and the absence of shrugs. Is the fly movement and trap training not necessary? (If it is, could you please give an example PPL split for people who are beginners or just about one year into lifting? Or would it be okay to just follow your routine as it is?)
And last question (sorry, there are so many but it's rare to be able to get direct, positive advice from someone with your level of natural bodybuilding experience.) As I have just recently switched my split, (been just one week, and I want to stick with whatever I'll begin now.) do you feel that I shall continue with PPL or do a Chest+Shoulders, Back, Arms, Legs Split? [I can train 6 times a week. Age: 21 . Height: 176 cm. Current Body weight: 75 kilograms (Bulked up and gained 15+ kgs in the last year).]
Thank you so much, in advance. I really hope that you find my questions feasible enough to be answered.

**Question 1: Addressing Training Split Issues**
      - Transitioning from a classic bro split to a PPL routine can be challenging.
      - A suggestion to manage volume and intensity is to modify your push day.
      **First Push Day (Chest Focused):**
      - Include 3 chest exercises, 3 triceps exercises, and 2 shoulder exercises.
      - Focus on maintaining intensity throughout the workout.
      **First Pull Day (Vertical Focused):**
      - Incorporate 2 vertical-focused exercises, 1 horizontal-focused exercise, 1 traps exercise, and 3 biceps exercises.
      - Keep the volume balanced for a comprehensive workout.
      **Second Push Day (Shoulder Focused):**
      - Include 2 chest exercises, 3 shoulder exercises, and maintain the triceps exercise volume.
      - Ensure a balance between chest and shoulder emphasis.
      **Second Pull Day (Horizontal Focused):**
      - Stick to the usual biceps volume with 2 horizontal, 1 vertical, and 1 traps exercise for the back.
      - Maintain intensity and variety for an effective workout.
      **Leg Days:**
      - Continue with your usual leg routine.
      - Personally, i follow a 5-day split with legs once and 2 rest days has been effective.
      - This split ensures that arms receive attention throughout the week.
      **Additional Tip for Fly Movements:**
      - If inclined towards fly movements, consider cable fly exercises for their effectiveness as it works for the most of people obviously including me hahaha.
Question 2: PPL vs. Bro Split
      - The choice between PPL and a bro split depends on consistency and mindset.
      - improvement can be achieved with either split if followed consistently.

    Q&A:
Bro, in some of your videos back in 2019/20 you assured that soya doesn’t have any problem with creating hormonal imbalance. Now I am really scared of what to do in that case.
My protein consists of Chicken, Eggs, Soya Chunk. If soya chunk got out of the list then it would be a problem. (Cannot bear the expense of whey)
By the way, I consume soya 50gm daily 4/5 days weekly. So, 200-250 grams in 7 days.

    Hello Saket,
I would suggest you to make a new Push, Leg, Pull series video as there have been many changes if I compare your daily vlogs and the old series video.
This will help most of us to understand the changes and your experience would help us to train correctly.
    Thank you.
