just having the soundscape of an airplane at weekends helps with relaxing... Oddly enough flying is always stressful, but watching and hearing it somehow feels like you actually did a vacation. A real vacation lasts longer though...

Greets from Zurich. We have so far flown business class on a flight to Cape Town and enjoyed the usual “Swiss service” from boarding to deboarding. We usually fly with Maineline Swiss and occasionally Lufthansa, but there is one major difference: the Swiss & Edelweiss crews are simply more charming and pleasant. This starts with the start from Zurich, where you don't have to stress about an airport like Frankfurt FRA and it is much more pleasant to board. Thank you for your wonderful travel reports, which have often inspired us to book similar trips.

I rather pay extra for Swiss or Edelweiss when flying.
The service and quality is simply better.
The cabin staff seemed friendly and attentive but is it just me, or did the decor look like it had been purchased flat packed at Ikea? Your Maldives preview at the end was indeed quite stunning and the background music was, as always, excellent. Looking forward to the review.

Have gone with them 2 times before and now my 3rd in September and all times to Punta Cana from Stockholm/Sweden (Swiss) via Zurich.
I'm not fussy about the food so I like what's served and the service has been too good sometimes on the way there.
You hardly have time to empty your glass and they are there right away to serve.
There is always a party on the way there and on the way home, you fold down the seat after supper and sleep on the way home.
You sit well and as a solo traveler the single seat is worth its weight in gold

In late April 2023 I traveled to Colombo SL, in business class with this airline. It was a great experience and I enjoyed the entire flight. Out of curiosity I happened to check my travel notes on the aircraft registration #, it was HB-JMD 😊
Edeweiss Business Class looks pretty modest compare with other business class. It still looks comfortable enough throughout the journey.
By the way thank you for expert to explore my dreams for travel, finally I have save enough money to travel to Sydney 3 days later :).
The Maldives are such fun! Nothing like the beach and turquoise waters.

Olá bom dia recebi agora mesmo teu vídeo, eu não conhecia teu canal mas já me inscrevi. Gostei de ver por dentro o avião da Edelweiss, quando há pouco tempo assistindo um canal da Madeira (Madeira woman sppoter) o qual sou inscrista, conheci essa companhia amei a pintura do avião, pois há muitos anos atrás , lendo sobre o significado da flor fiquei encanta da, apesar de que nunca poderei ver de perto essa flor, pois devido ao clima do meu país a flor nunca sobreveiveria, fico contente em ve-la estampada na pintura dos aviões . E o destino da viagem foi demais... Maldivas .... aqui é sul do Brasil (RS), fique bem.. obrigada .

7:56 - the in-flight entertainment system (IFE) is very old-fashioned. If I was to go on that flight, it would be awkward to me because old-fashioned in flight entertainment system is very uncommon nowadays. Overall, I would give more than 10 stars to your review besides the old-fashioned in-flight entertainment system.
Had same flight on business class to Maldives and back in december 2023. For me it had the worst business class food ever🥲. But service was nice and attentive and seats were comfy enough. Business class itself was placed in the wierd section of the plane for me.
Interesting that their seats are blue, given their livery. I miss the Maldives, looking forward to the next videos.

In my opinion it is very modest. The food may be healthy, but it doesn't look tasty.
And he closes this set with the Million Dollar Moldavian Sunset from his overwater bungalow !! Sweet.

Patina Maldives is fully artificially made. I have an google alert on Sonu Shivdasani (Soneva) so I get everything what's written about him and it just so happens that he was quoted in a german report about Patina.
Nothing really tops Soneva in terms of design. It's almost so that I don't quite like the design of others because it just doesn't fit to the islands... But I'm the type of guy who would be able to spend like 800 a day for a week once in my life...
I agree, nothing tops Soneva (and indeed Patina is a completely man-made island whose beauty cannot compete with the Maldives’ natural islands)

Va urmaresc canalul de foarte mult timp, dar ar trebui sa luati in considerare sa puneti subtitrare si in Romana

Subtitrările sunt implicit în engleză. Iată pașii pe care va trebui să-i urmezi pentru a traduce conținutul în propria ta limbă.
- Pasul 1: deschideți videoclipul UA-cam pe care doriți să îl traduceți. Chiar în colțul din dreapta jos al ecranului, veți găsi opțiunea ‘CC’ . Faceți clic pe butonul „CC” pentru a activa subtitrările, iar UA-cam va genera automat subtitrări în limba engleză.
- Pasul 2: Acum, selectați opțiunea „Setări” - care se află de obicei lângă „CC” și apoi alegeți „Traducere automată”.
- Pasul 3: aici, veți vedea peste 100 de limbi de traducere. Puteți alege pur și simplu limba de subtitrare la alegere, iar UA-cam va traduce automat subtitrările

I can't speak to your experience, but that plane doesn't look spectacular. There are WAY too many seats and not enough room between them.
