Hi, you're welcome. You would need to remove the back cover, the screws and back housing, and then you would have access to disconnecting the battery cable and removing (prying off) the battery. You would not need to take anything else apart at that point.
So mine fell out my packet while closing the car door and got jammed into between it works still but now it's bent, is it possible to bend it back? And if so how much must be dismantled in order to do it
It IS A BACKPLATE?! Nice. This seems fairly well designed and easy-ish to work on. My screen panel got loose on a corner and ended up ripping completely off. Should be able to fix it for like 30$ :D Edit: I would like this video twice is I could. Thanks!
Not clear what "adhesive" you're using to reapply the back plate. You have 2 "adhesives" listed in the list of tools but don't say which you use where, and the Amazon links give me about 3-4 different double-sided tapes. Can you clarify? Ditto for replacing the screen; which adhesive to attach it to the mid-frame? THANKS!! GREAT videos!
for the battery door/back plate, you can replace it with a new battery door cover that has the original adhesive pre installed like this one: www.ebay.com/itm/185336010276?hash=item2b26e31624:g:Xw0AAOSwEGVhh6go or you can watch this video explaining more about the adhesive etc: ua-cam.com/video/T4iiPUIM7-Y/v-deo.html same goes for the screen adhesive.
@@cecilepuckhaber1067 Ya you would need to remove the back plate, the screws on the back housing and remove the back housing giving you access to disconnecting the battery cable and the screen cable from the main board, then prying off the battery so you can run the cable for the screen through the opening in the midframe and pry your old screen off, apply adhesive and re apply your new screen making sure to run the cable back through the opening in the midframe and re assemble the phone. If you have a screen with frame pre installed assembly, then you would move all your parts (motherboard, front facing camera, speakers and vibrator motor etc to the new frame and re install the back housing and cover.
Hi Mr pbk need help i brought a s10 5g in Phillipines and it has no 5g signal My unit is korean variant and some other says if the s10 5g is korean it has no 5g antenna 😩 I hope you review again the s10 5g about the 5g antenna 🙏

How did you remove right most middle screw near the camera? Looks like its not a screw like others. 0:34
Thanks for your video. What size are the screws?
You're welcome. Most smartphone Philips head screw drivers would work, but I use a 1.5
Thank you! Doing a board swap soon. Easy as anything. Much appreciated!

yes, on the top of the motherboard

Realme gt master explore edition teardown video request
Hi, that one has been done by many people already so wouldn't be worth spending money on doing that since it probably wont get many views.
I decided to order the phone and do the teardown, so should hopefully have it done in a week or so.
