#6 - Someone Saved My Life Tonight - Elton John - Live in Hollywood Bowl (1986)

This is my first upload from Elton's 80's era. And I think this soundboard recording would be appropriate to start with.
This gig was actually Elton's last US concert for almost 2 years because, as we all know, Elton had his throat surgery in 1987 due to some polyps on his vocal cords. And it's obvious to hear that Elton is suffering from this under this show. When he tries to hit the high notes it sounds horible! This show is pretty good, however, and especially "Benni And The Jets" where his improv is amazing is contributing to make this show memorable!

I love this guy!!! It was my 1st single ( 1975 ). Ahead at his time and born to win, Sir Elton John has been the soundtrack of my entire life since 1972. Blessings to him cos'he's still standing after all this time.
