That last young woman remained clueless as to why she was moved out of the box. That said, it is nice to see people who ARE respectful and families carefully positioning themselves outside the white line. Keep filming and educating the public.
It's most likely because in their country horses are working horses, farms, ect and no longer used for military use where as in very few countries nowadays they are used as military horses under certain circumstances!!! Therefore people are at awe when they can get close to one that is all decked out!!! Unfortunately people don't understand they are a working military horse/guard!!!
Besides standing endlessly like you never seen a horse before, and staring! The poses by some, as if on a photo shoot and having no clue your not model material, what happened to just standing and smiling and taking a nice picture! It’s just mind blowing watching human behavior, you wonder how these people even function in life and your out in public with them even scarier!

Abdullah--You see the tourists doing things they shouldn't do and laugh. The Guard did nothing about it. The Guards should be telling these numb-skulls to get outside the white lines and they don't, so they are in cahoots with the most stupid tourists you have ever seen at the Horse Guards in London and all you do is laugh?
The Guards' duty is to be there for the safety of the people who work in the huge buildings in back of their boxes, not babysit fools. Outside the white lines should be what they consistently tell the selfish, immature, entitled fools, who are not capable of respecting the Guards.
Trying hard to be sympathetic to these people. We should perhaps understand that many of them can’t red or write English and the only horses they have seen were probably in films and the sign of the hand touching the horse is difficult for even a local to decipher.
A red circle with a diagonal red bar is the universal sign for "Do Not", it's on traffic signs all over Europe. Hell, it was even used comically in the "Ghostbusters" movie.

There are over 5 million horses in China. Why do these people act like they've never seen one? It's really odd.

Could cause the horse to get hurt especially if one decides to go AWOL.
At this point, painting a big scarlet “X” in the box makes the most sense. That should be a pretty universal sign.
