It's because we want to procastinate from the things that we want to do. Many a times i get bored of watching reels or shorts but keep watching videos of dhruv rathee, nikhil kamath pidcast and many other things. Now one can say that I am not putting wrong things in my brain atleast, but i am actually still procrastinating on thing that I really need to do at this point of time
How to stop addiction of shortssss ?? I am not using Instagram but UA-cam all knowledgeable stuff instead of studying related content of my field... please help me out I keep on watching - recepie, mind related content, health related, fitness, blogs , couple stuff, etc etc etc... how could I focus on my legal professional which i find so boring now a days
From past couple of months Whenever i went outside to do payments i was opening UA-cam first then sometimes friends said abe payment karna hai tujhe youtube kyu khola 😂 Jab mei youtube pe click kardeta tha fir mujhe pata chalta tha are payment karna hai 🙄 😂 Sometimes kisi ko call karne bajaye youtube pehle open hota tha 😂 Im proud to say that i killed this habbit. And i use pre frontal cortex for youtube like pehle mei sochta hu ki agle din konse video dekhne hai jiski need ho vo paper pen leker likh leta hu or vahi videos dekhta hu starting mei galti se idher udher nikal jaata tha but ab nhi 😂 Thanks sir 🙏 ❤

That's called day dreaming, happens when you don't assign that hour of your life for something productive and your limnic system takes control over your brain, take a deep breath, take a small walk while walking, plan your hour and come to execute it, use pomodoro technique, reward yourself by small means after 3 hours which ll boost your ability to continue things further.
Achaa please bataye sir ki good habits ki bhi same addition nhi n lagti hai like book reading esa to nhi hoga exam nikalne ke bad bhi padhne ki craving ho ????? Aslo for gym log bolte gym ki addiction ho jati please clear this doubt sir😢😢
