    Key to getting 10-14 years on battery life is battery minder 2012.
    I have been using battery minders installed since 2000 on my boats and motorhomes.. it is the patented desulfatizing on high frequency that saves battery's. I do not remove rv charger just hook up the battery minder 2012 in parallel . Desulfatizing is the key. Every time my mh is plugged in i have 2 battery minders one for coach and 1 for chassis desulfatizing batteries

    Also, regarding mounting the SP frame to the cart. I think you should devise a way to attached the SP frame to the uprights that are supporting the roof. I think that would be the sturdiest design. What were you thinking? Drill holes in the roof and mount that way? The roof is got a squirrely contour, so I find it hard to imagine you can create something uniform. I order to get the frame level you will have to fab upright brackets for the front middle and rear I am thinking, If you just rigged something up from each upright I think that might work. Anyway just a suggestion!

    The extra and constant power above stock from this battery swap, will put more thermal stress on the motor. Gonna need to watch the temp and maybe add a little cooling. It's still a neat upgrade, nice one AZE. 👍

    All in good clean fun and not a troll. Since you added a 12 volt converter w/usb does the golf cart now become a solar generator when you also add the solar panels or is it still just a battery powered cart with solar charging? I do like your solar charged power station. It's a nice resource that can be charged with solar, from a wall 110v supply or even a gas powered generator. It's nice to be living in the future. When is the book coming out?

    I don't pretend to know a lot about golf carts, but 200 A continuous at 38 V is quite a lot of power. On the order of 10 hp. That rate of draw would kill the battery in about 30 minutes

    Also, I have another idea that I think would drastically increase your viewership and actually turn your YT channel into a profit center. When I purchase any Rigs (Class A's only) I typically will locate an NRVIA Certified Inspector to go over the Rig. I THINK THAT IF YOU DO A TUTORIAL ON THE BASICS to look at when buying any rig, it would be instructional and it would not take away business from the NRVIA Inspectors for the most part. When I buy a Rig and order an inspection I limit the scope to these areas Engine, Drivetrain, Electrical 12 and 110, Plumbing and Suspension. Considering my background in Carpentry and Contracting, any cosmetic stuff I can take care of myself. If you did a "How to" tutorial on your Beaver for instance an "How to" Test your Rig for Hotskin, or electrical shorts. just basic stuff I think it would truly attract viewership! I was thinking about doing it but I am not an NRVIA Cert Inspector, but you have the decades of experience and creds, I think if more people know what to look for at a basic level, they would feel more comfortable making a buy decision especially private Buyer from private Sellers. This not only would apply to Class A's but Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, towables AND Class A's. I believe, your viewership would skyrocket if for did there type of videos, because there are many people out there that do not know the first thing to look at when going to look at really any rig regardless of the Class. Anyway, something to think about, but I think it would be a valuable service you could provide and I think your viewership would skyrocket! Not that I want to take away $$ from NRVIA Inspector peeps but they mostly do Class A's and many regular consumers don't even know they exist! And for all the other types of RV's I think you providing that type of value added YT videos would be invaluable to the common folks buying any RV. Just my 2 c's. Cheers! Michael

    • @AZExpert
      @AZExpert  Місяць тому

      I always recommend finding a smart RV inspector when buying, I will say being certified by that private company does not mean the inspector knows anything about RVs especially class a motorhomes and luxury motorhomes and are generally trained on modern towables not older RV that will have known issues and common failures only 15 years in the industry will give.

    • @tradermomo6355
      @tradermomo6355 Місяць тому

      @@AZExpert I became friends with one of the inspectors and the training course is pretty intensive (3+ weeks) on site in TX. I won't say they have your experience, but the four NRVIA Inspectors I used, were very thorough (As I only purchase class A's) and they found several show stoppers which prevented me from buying that particular rig. They were all between '98 and 02 years so again, nothing will replace your years of experience, but I'd rather have an NRVIA Inspector checking a Rig for me than no one. What did U think of my idea for the Channel I stated in another post?? Tutorials on various systems inspection for novices??

    So in this rant grammar and proper English doesn't count
    I like how you say forgive me for the imperial measurement but it came first. Britain's used the imperial system every day They intermix it just like we do and if we have to do the conversion so do they. I'm also sick and tired of people thinking the United States doesn't use the metric system. Have you ever been a machinist in United States I was for 35 years. I use the metric system every day and don't tell me it's easier it's the same. You just have to use your brain a little bit with fractions oh heavens you got to do some work. When it comes right down to it we all machine in decimal a millimeter is 0.0 3937 what does that look like to you hmm a decimal number. You can't just say I want the tolerance to be 0.001 in metric plus or minus. Everybody wants to know the real number. Comes right down to it the real number is in a decimal and what does that look like oh my goodness it looks like imperial but yet I'm machining and metric. Sarcasm rant BS when it comes right down to it it's a number and just because you can count in 10 does it mean it always comes out in 10.
