So emotional... I felt bad for Killua as much as I felt bad for Gon. And I felt REAAAALLLY BAD for both of them. My heart was aching and I was bawling as I watched in awe and horror as Gon obliterated Pitou. The fact that killua witnessed his best and only true friend basically give away his own life to get revenge must've hurt like hell.. it must've hurt worse than hell. He witnessed Gon's suffering the entire time. He witness Gon's descent into what essentially was madness. Gon's world flipped upside down after Kite's death, and Killua's was slowly flipping with Gon's as well as he watched his friend.
Let me explain gon for you. Surrounded and raises by goodness, Innocence of the world around him- unknowing and naive. The boy leaves his caring aunt for his own selfish desires, and Looses a kind soul who taught him many things he needed from a father figure. His innocence is shattered and replaced with pure malice- Broken and filled with hatred. The boy does not care for his own life. Meaning, Gon- raised to be kind and was surrounded by goodness.. yet naive, His innocence was shattered by a world with no regret or sorrow for the unlucky. He realizes this as he goes through his hard ships, but eventually breaks. And his heart- once filled with kindness and empathy- Was now filled with resentment and malice.

A lot of people like to say Hunter x Hunter is weak when power scaling to other anime, but even if that's true, gon's rage scene is probably the greatest display of just raw power that i've ever seen in a show.
This was so well made a really enjoy it. The battle with Gon’s transformation is really cool. But I mean, everybody’s gangsta till Gon turns into a burn potato
