Guillermo Almendarez Neteros bomb wasnt in malice, it was simply a last resort. He was at peace with his own death, no malice there. As for gon, it wasnt resentmet but grief. Grief at the fact he lost his beloved teacher and grief that he was lied to when he put trust in someone, even an enemy. If it was as simple as resentment he wouldnt have been crying while in that form. Those were tears of loss. Yes he felt he had to avenge kite, but it wasnt done out of hatred. Gon is the exact opposite of that.

Netero was able to see the horrors of the Dark Continent but even after that he still strongly believes that HUMANS are far worse than the horrors the Dark Continent can bring
The most aesthetically pleasing fight in all Shonen anime/manga. I remember watching this with my mouth agape for the entirety of the battle. It rivals Guts Vs Zodd in the Hill of Swords (manga).

Moreover when Netero arrived the first enemy he saw was Pitou and he stated "this is looking bad, that thing is stronger than me". Another thing to consider, while it is true that Meruem was getting "slapped" it's also true that he did not care about getting slapped since he was not taking any damage, i personally think that also Royal guards would take little damage but they could use a different approach, Meruem was not even trying to dodge.

I think what I've learner from netero vs meruem is that you should never take an old man lightly don't ever underestimate an old guy it is in fact one of the golden rules of anime
He was around 65-75 when Zeno was born, which was the last days of his prime. Peak at 60ish. Zeno is 65-75 making Netero at least 125+. Began training at 45 on mountain, came down 5 years later. What's more impressive is that the Budda is a emission, conjuration and manipulation Technic. Netero being an enhancer means the budda is only 60% of its full potential. He does use enhancement to increase his speed to begin the budda attack. You may think it falls under specialist but author states Netero is a Enhancer. We also know that the amount of aura a person has the better their overall defence. Meruem having the most amount of aura seen, Netero second and Youpi third. Prime Netero would have at least double the reaction speed/attack speed and defence/attack power in the fight plus at least double the aura (Zero hand). Meruem states that the pray is the only thing Netero had that greatly out classed him in speed. If all of Netero's abilities are doubled i don't believe Meruems strategy's will prevail before Netero deals a significant blow to Meruem. To argue for Meruem, post rose Netero would lose as Meruem more the doubles his EVERYTHING.
I love that they did that animation after the nuke had gone off they showed the blast the air rushing back in and then erupting back out again was epic.
Pitou's reaction in the anime is a bit misleading, in the manga she does not say Gon's equal to the king (which makes sense because she does not know how strong Meruem is), so adult Gon has very little to no chance of beating Meruem, especially since Gon is rampaging and Meruem is a genious, even if we assume even speed and power it's still a loss for Gon 99% sure.

Obviously, Meruem recovered stronger after fighting Netero but he could have died if it wasn't for Pouff and Yupi. It's not like Meruem is a genius, his strength came from being part formic (animal), if he was out of this world he should have healed himself after the bomb. Finally, Gon just showed his Janken, we don't even know which other ability he could develop, that's why Pitou was afraid, she didn't know how strong he would be.
The degredation of Netero's abilities is relatable. It's like a very technical software developer suddenly placed in management position. You tend to get very rusty and it happens quickly. You can see the big difference in what used to be and what could have been if you had continued the technical path.
Ever since i watched HxH other animes I've watched becomes boring since most superpower animes doesn't have rules like HxH has, here in HxH it doesn't matter if your raw power is strong, you can win impossible fights through strategy and tactics while in other superpower anime most of the time they just shout and beat the villain or they introduce another form power that the protag will aquire or the typical overlord style where the MC is so OP but doesn't fully explain it. HxH is a masterpiece

I saw all of the list of the strongest characters in hxh and i found that meruem is the number 1 but actually netero is the number 1 because he is the reason of muruem death,he beat him,we don't give a fuck about which way he use to beat the king but all what we know is that netero won in this fight👍netero is the strongest and the greatest.

In his fight with Mereum, he was able to throw "hundreds of thousands of punches in a minute" if we highball that feat up to, let's say, 999,999 punches in a single minutes, and calculating the length of the Bodhisattva's arm, I found at that during his final fight, Netero was fighting at Mach 247.380 speeds. In his prime, he should be 2x more power, according to Netero himself.
Remember that netero was able to throw thousands of punches in a split second against the king. He went beyond his mental and physical limit. Basically this guy can kill thousands of people in less than a second at his peak

@@jotarokujo8423 yea zero hand probably would have almost killed Meruem, possibly in some scenarios he would win but it’s basically and impenetrable wall vs and immovable object. Like netero said and I think it would hold true in his prime “when I mess up, you win”

I think what I've learner from netero vs meruem is that you should never take an old man lightly don't ever underestimate an old guy it is in fact one of the golden rules of anime
He was around 65-75 when Zeno was born, which was the last days of his prime. Peak at 60ish. Zeno is 65-75 making Netero at least 125+. Began training at 45 on mountain, came down 5 years later. What's more impressive is that the Budda is a emission, conjuration and manipulation Technic. Netero being an enhancer means the budda is only 60% of its full potential. He does use enhancement to increase his speed to begin the budda attack. You may think it falls under specialist but author states Netero is a Enhancer. We also know that the amount of aura a person has the better their overall defence. Meruem having the most amount of aura seen, Netero second and Youpi third. Prime Netero would have at least double the reaction speed/attack speed and defence/attack power in the fight plus at least double the aura (Zero hand). Meruem states that the pray is the only thing Netero had that greatly out classed him in speed. If all of Netero's abilities are doubled i don't believe Meruems strategy's will prevail before Netero deals a significant blow to Meruem. To argue for Meruem, post rose Netero would lose as Meruem more the doubles his EVERYTHING.

Pitou's reaction in the anime is a bit misleading, in the manga she does not say Gon's equal to the king (which makes sense because she does not know how strong Meruem is), so adult Gon has very little to no chance of beating Meruem, especially since Gon is rampaging and Meruem is a genious, even if we assume even speed and power it's still a loss for Gon 99% sure.

Obviously, Meruem recovered stronger after fighting Netero but he could have died if it wasn't for Pouff and Yupi.
It's not like Meruem is a genius, his strength came from being part formic (animal), if he was out of this world he should have healed himself after the bomb.
Finally, Gon just showed his Janken, we don't even know which other ability he could develop, that's why Pitou was afraid, she didn't know how strong he would be.

The degredation of Netero's abilities is relatable. It's like a very technical software developer suddenly placed in management position. You tend to get very rusty and it happens quickly. You can see the big difference in what used to be and what could have been if you had continued the technical path.

Ever since i watched HxH other animes I've watched becomes boring since most superpower animes doesn't have rules like HxH has, here in HxH it doesn't matter if your raw power is strong, you can win impossible fights through strategy and tactics while in other superpower anime most of the time they just shout and beat the villain or they introduce another form power that the protag will aquire or the typical overlord style where the MC is so OP but doesn't fully explain it. HxH is a masterpiece

Ive watched so many animes mist common one piece naruto attack on titan after all this master pieces i started hunter a few days ago the only anime i watch again from start after many years shame that they dont continue this anime anymore :( i ve never red a manga and i never will i have no idea if they still write it

Netero's attack against pitou lasted only 1 millisecond, and by calculating the distance where Pitou was at, and the where Netero's attack started, I calculated that Netero casually performed a Mach 39 speed feat.
In his fight with Mereum, he was able to throw "hundreds of thousands of punches in a minute" if we highball that feat up to, let's say, 999,999 punches in a single minutes, and calculating the length of the Bodhisattva's arm, I found at that during his final fight, Netero was fighting at Mach 247.380 speeds.
In his prime, he should be 2x more power, according to Netero himself.
