Today I will be sharing a video of how I make chicken puffs
Ingredients for the puffs:
* 100 gr butter
* 100 ml water
* 100 ml milk
* pinch of salt
* 1 cup all purpose flour
* 4 eggs
oventime/temp.: 40-45 minutes/ 200 degrees celsius
Ingredients for the filling:
* chickenbreast
* 5 tablespoons mayonaise
* corn
* 2 tablespoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon vinegar
