First time I tried and the cinnamon sirup transform into caramel (the cake was good though). Today I tried again with more heavy cream and less sugar and it worked 😭 I’m so proud of me thank you for the recipe it’s very good
Hablas del “caramelo” del minuto 1:12 ? No tienes que agregarlo cuando esté frío, tal cual lo sacas de la vitro cerámica lo tienes que vertir en el molde. Es una mezcla parecida al caramelo derretido, por lo tanto, cuando se enfría se endurece, ten cuidado, se enfría rápido.
Is it brown sugar or do you actually mean cane sugar or demerara sugar? Brown sugar usually acts more like wet sand and the sugar you used poured more like white sugar would while the color may be brown that doesn't make it brown sugar. Especially for Americans, our brown sugar is a mix of white sugar and molasses and while there shouldn't be too much of a difference in the final result it is important to recognize specifically what ingredients you are using when there are many varieties.
I've made very similar recipes before where I only used milk and it always worked - maybe just use whole fat milk or only add 200ml milk + 20ml melted butter for richness ;)

My friend from all the part of Russia call it sharlotka too. If use apples with puff pastry, we can call it "yablochniy pirog". But type of pie like in the video 100% is sharlotka

방금해봤어요 베이킹소다.파우더를 깜박해서 급하게오븐에서 빼낸후 반죽에서 대충 휘져어 주었네요ㅜㅜ
사각3호했는데 좀 넘쳐서 담엔 좀더큰틀해야겠어요 맛있어요 ㅎㅎ
2번 만들어 봤는데 케이크는 구워지면서 윗면이 터지고 뒤집으니까 절반은 무너져 내렸어요 ㅠ 무너졌어도 맛은 있었어요 . 다시 고민하고 도전해 보려구요! 응원하/주세요!😊😊
오븐사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 나는데 속까지 완전히 익지 않으면 케이크가 무너질 수 있을 것 같아요ㅠㅠ
