The reason I get down about playing really good players is I feel like my decisions and presence aren't creating any sense of trepidation on their part. They can defend everything I throw and pressure fearlessly at the slightest sign of backing off. By the end I feel like I wasted their time because it wasn't really a fight, they were just slapping around someone they had no reason to respect. What I really want is a fight where maybe I haven't gotten in their head but we're at an even enough level to where they feel like they need to learn what I do to fight back. You have some presence and can instill a sense of unease. As a newish Tekken Player (been playing casually since T2 but never consistently and not since T5) I ADORE Mishima matches. Fought against a Jin with my Kaz for like 90 mins straight a few days ago. Super evenly matched and I learned so much about movement and patience, both of which I was severely lacking in. I'm getting too dman addicted to T7.
