Question For the first encounter are all of you except one dunking 3 stacks each? And was that enough for max time? Planning on doing this 4 man on normal

8:52 "i only have one so im dunking first" why does that matter? You get more time having the person who has the least dunk first and anyone who has 2 or 3 dunk after? Is the first dunk like just a "confirm to next level of the encounter" type thing and then any dunks after that actually are the ones counting towards the time?
the first dunk always extends the time by the same amount no matter what, i think like 20 seconds and all other dunks after extend the time based on the amount of buffs a person has

I believe when someone steps out, it reactivates blights but I could be wrong so dont quote me. just an observation
idk it might be if you take too long to shoot the head not sure tho
