I feel you, completely. Your sincerity is very uplifting.
I hope that you feel better tomorrow.

At every instant of your conscious day theres at least one decision to take: to set internal turmoil by reflecting on things you dont fully understand, or to flip your attention towards the things you grasp and understand. Reflection can make things infinitely wrong or infinitely right. Recommend you to read the myth of Eurydice and Orpheus. For people like ourselves reflecting on our shadow and revisiting the past keeps us away from seeing the end of the doors of hell where light shines through.
I'm a programmer. Purchased a small DJ setup so i can mix music while i do my everyday life. I dont even sit. This helps me keep the waters underneath in a direction. Like when you play an instrumentyou always gotta think about the next key or chord. Its the same with the way you orchestrate your own mind to express authorithy over it. Neo-.jungians would call it 'flipping from shadow to subconcious'.
If you truly are in a hole then the constant question where your mind meanders into negative reflection, then the counter is the question: Whats next?

Thanks for the comment. I don't struggle as much with negative reflection as much as just overall negative mooda/ feelings that I try to reflect on to better understand them. But yea letting go of what I can't understand (and was likely never meant to) and reminding myself of what I know to be true has been key. And realizing my true self is always above whatever trap my mind finds itself.
I'll definitely check out that myth. Thanks!!
