Bulgaria. September and counting down in Sunny Beach.

- We had a great hot summer in 2024 in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, but soon the tourists will have left. I walk around towards the seasons end for many parts of the resort while central areas and the beach are still enjoying busy fun times.
The season here is May to September, as children go back to school the resort winds down.
We have a couple of weeks left of bands and tribute acts to entertain us and a variety of bars and restaurants to try.
We live here so return to a more normal life then. We we film all year round and you can follow us on facebook too.

Arrived last night at the Palace, thunderstorm woke me up at 2am.😂.I'll be hoping to bump into you in the next week. Can't make crossroads as I'm Tuesday to Tuesday. Love your video's.
Woke us up as well, that was after our meeting and a few bevvies. Pity you not here Tuesday but if you want to see us we will be at the closing night of the Sport Pub, Friday, next Pomorie Sun. craig Williams ( Benidorm TV show) is back doing his comedy act, a good laugh.

I read that the Brexit Pub in Sunny Beach is open all year round and they have Frosty Jacks on tap. 🍺🍺🍺
Opened in April first bar on flower street, speaking to them this week they hope to do a week or so in October before closing.

Hi Andrew, some short videos about the beach, flower street and so on would also be great, like you did in the last years. 😀👍💪
The shorts, up to 1minute were the big thing on You Tube when launched but they actually have been shown to unfortunately damage a channel doing longer form videos. It attracts people / subscribers who skip quickly between films , watching just snippets, the last thing you want when trying to get your videos spread and shown. You should do short videos , tik tok etc or stick to longer format. Hope this helps, its why I have only done a very few shorts this year on You tube. We have a similar number follow us on facebook now and we have lots of short videos on there of course.
Now that we have an apartment over their we are looking forward to your videos though out the winter 🤜🤛

Rain. There was a thunderstorm last night t was class. Also how the hell do the traffic lights work here No green man . When safe to cross
Some have a green man but it indicates pedestrians have precedence. We have shown in the videos, put your foot on the crossing and they will stop lol. You can stand there hours waiting otherwise

Not too many bites , as you live here get less. Bring some bite cream with you and repellant if we get a few showers there will be more about

Really looking forward to Aug/Sept 2025 , looks the type of Resort we like , Hotel Venus small and family run will do us. Food and drink outside the Hotels looks good and great prices compared to similar resorts in the world, look forward to meeting you and Susan next year , Thanks for your Videos , made our minds up to finally visit Sunny Beach.

Yes it is, even in the snow in January! Several places are running first possibly second week of September. Crossroads will close end of October like last year.
Trakia garden is the best hotel around there

Hi Andrew you have walked past salt n pepper again without a mention . You have a problem with them ? They sell the cheapest pint of Guinness in sunny beach 6 lv , entertainment and good food every night including bingo .
Thinks it's cos he doesn't like the rifraf that go there. He once said he didn't want to mix with these only millionaires cos he once cleaned carpets for them,, 😂
We tried to last year show to it, I have mentioned it from across the road as it had very few people in it. Same this year, we always have a look see, but to be honest each time the Sport Pub opposite has been a lot more active so we show that. Tomorrow we are at the closing night of the Sports Pub as Craig Williams is doing his comedy show again and we love his act. Stewart and the staff we really like as well at the Sport.
We really love the Sport Pub opposite , our fave places are Spiders and Crossroads of course, hardly posh or full of millionaires. We dont do the regular nights out like other ex pats as in Condor ,now we have settled down here. Why come here of all places to mix with millionaires, very funny.
@@sunnybeachlife5860 well I have been here for the last 2 weeks full house every night and every video you walk straight past without even a mention. You did a video earlier in the year on the cheapest pint of Guinness in sunny beach it’s been 6 lv all year as it it was when you did your video and still no mention you obviously have a problem with salt n pepper . Give every body an equal chance not just the ones giving you freebies .
@@JimHenderson-n8uWasnt sure it was open when we filmed the Guiness video, most like spiders and sport were closed at that time. There are videos of us looking at the boards, mentioning Trevors show etc but those times it was pretty empty. There are so many bars, I walk past a dozen or more each video without a mention of course.
How good is Riva Hotel, seems nice on pictures, you've got any more info?

You need the Galleria in Burgas, its a big indoor Mall. It is two buses to get to it though. Not sure on number to mall its different going and coming back in the city.

@@heamoheano The timetables change with t he seasons. Not used an app but the bus timetables are online if you google them

Its a thunderstorm tonight and torrential downpour so we are at home. Brilliant last night and a few more yet this season we hope. See you next year.
