Excited to hear what you think. In the last 2 weeks I’ve received these, CS Longbow Ghost figure, and the Transformers Crossover Leatherneck and Sarge. Great time to be an o-ring fan 🎉
Mine are in my Pile of Loot, but I have a BAT too that hasn't arrived. Looks like all the other figures are in stock, except the BAT. It's a token BAT, really (I'm waiting to build the Sunbow black BATs), so maybe I should just let it go 😏
@@DolphStalloneToys Yeah, it's really grown on me, so I thought I'd get at least one, just to check it out in-hand. Who knows when the black BATs will come out. Could be a long wait.
@@michaeljfoley1 yea we are definitely in a rare hurricane where there are readily available o-rings all at once. Knowing BBTS you will at least get a nice heads up when they are due to arrive. 20 isn’t too terrible. I bought 6 total but I may give some extras to my nephews so they can army build like an adult 😂.
I think these ones look a bit nicer than the Headman re-use that Hasbro did '05 (which is that orange bloke you showed off). Still think that these Super7 figures would be great if they had softer hands too like you said, that's something that's great about the Transformers crossover figures and the Retro O-Ring stuff Hasbro's been trickling out. The shine of the Super7 toys with the softer hands of the Retro figures would be godlike, but for now I'm happy with what we have.
Thank you! I didn’t have the Headman as a kid, but took the opportunity to grab that variant with a few other 2000/2001 releases someone was willing to sell to me. The name totally slipped me but I’m glad I had him close by to compare to the twins. The suited bad guys add variety and character. Headhunter is one of my favorite figures because he reminds me of Mad Max with a helmet on. I think the suit sculpts look great and Super 7 will hopefully continue to find their stride and potentially implement a few changes to add to what they offer.
I almost prefer the idea of having suited Tomax and Xamot among the Cobra Command lineup, rather than their "battle" outfits. Sunbow really made ample use of the Twins in that shadowy corporate Extensive Enterprises role, its the way that I mostly think of the Twins now.
Absolutely. I agree. Plenty of front line soldiers. I love the special role figures as well. I’ve toyed with grabbing more of the Cobra Runway Crew figure from the Haslab because he looks great as a driver or utility type figure among the soldiers.
@@ToyCollector82 I think they go well with the vintage figures, standing them next to Leatherneck and Sgt Slaughter probably wasn’t to fair since those are iconic figures, and also figures that are hidden behind an expensive Transformer Paywall 🤪. But overall I like them and they should go nicely as “BADGUY VIPs” in our playtime over here.
They look very cool man. Like the cartoon. Mines should arrive next Friday from the bigbadtoystore. 😃💡👍

@@michaeljfoley1my BATS from BBTS finally processed so I’d say hold out. It’s a very cool figure even if it’s not black. The blue really pops nicely.

I have my 2 sets coming from BBTS (one to open & one to keep in package). I'm looking forward to see how they are compared to vintage & retro Joes
