I admit, when I first heard the "edited" version, I thought it was a little gloomy and somewhat bland. But upon hearing the "unedited" version, I look at the song in a whole new light---the organ passage that begins at 2:49 gives it some life, some rays of sunshine. Which leads me to believe if they had left it alone, and not edited it, it would have made the whole LP better for me
