Judgement and Discernment | Channeling my Higher Self

This shorter video is a question I posed to my Higher self which popped into my head as a good question to ask earlier in the week.
It talks about the difference between judgement and discernment and how one will lead you to your truest Self.
As mentioned at the end of the video, I felt some kind of resistance during the first few minutes of the video, you can feel and hear where this starts to shift and the flow opens up.
I had a 'debrief' channeling for myself afterwards, and my Higher Self spoke about how in the first half the blockages I was experiencing was because of my own judgment over the process of the channeling.
